13世代Core i9 13900KによるPC再構築に伴って本機を購入。ご存じ通り13900Kは性能こそ抜群ですが問題は発熱。マザーボードの設定でAutoにすると発熱量はただ事ではありません。発熱と性能の落とし所を楽しむのもいいですが、私は結局Intel定格電圧（PL1、PL2とも253W固定）にしております。この状態でTMPEGEnc Video Masterting Works 7でx264ソフトエンコードを回してCPUパッケージ温度は最大92℃あたりまで止まります。これで動画の実尺の27%ぐらいの時間（2パス）でエンコード出来ます。爆速です。2パスですので1パスなら実尺の13%ぐらいの時間でエンコードができますが、このときのCPU温度が最大92～93℃になっています。エンコードなどしないときは全く音がしないほど静かです（まあ、ファンが低速ですから当たり前ですが）。で、92～93℃ぐらいのときはさすがにうるさいです。丁度炊飯器の一番音が大きいときぐらいの音が鳴り響いています(笑)。ですがエンコード時間の事を考えるとこのぐらいの騒音は苦になりません。ケースはコルセアのフルタワーですのでエアフローも有利なんでしょうが13900Kの温度問題は本機とケースのお陰で私のところでは全く心配なく性能をフルに出し切っている状態です。取付は難しくありません。私は本機を前面の吸気、天板にはケース標準装着（標準では前面に付いています）を付け替えて排気用としていますが、このケースだと前面に本機を実装しても取り回しは簡単でした。またiCUEにより冷媒温度ではなくCPU温度をピックアップしてファン制御するように設定していますが、この方がファンスピードのレスポンスが速いのでお勧めです。48cmはケースを選びますが、温度対策にはCPUファンだけではなくケースも重要なファクターと思います。総合的に見て本機の冷却性能は及第点を与えていいと思います。

I just got this corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX. it works right away after install. cool and customizable RGB using icue software. I havent use it for a long time but I hope it last long than my previous NZXT kraken x53 AIO (sucks). BTW, ICUE software interfere with MSI software (vice versa) just go to Icue settings - sofware and games then turn off integrations

ProsThe build quality is excellent.The RGB lighting is excellent. The color and brightness are topnotch.The downloadable iCUE software adds a lot of customization and features.The assembly kit is comprehensive.ConsThe radiator fan randomly started running at 100% and couldn’t be shut off in iCUE.The AOE controller bricked and failed to communicate with the iCUE software.The RDB lights and fans could no longer be controlled.The assembly kit was missing eight bolts.The assembly directions are overly simplistic. In another words, they don’t provide enough details.The iCUE software must be downloaded to control the fan speed and the RGB lighting.The iCUE software is not very stable. It occasionally freezes resulting in the CPU cooler’s lighting not following the selected settings. Requires me to close and reopen the program.The iCUE software has compatibility problems with the motherboard’s BIOS and any other software that controls the lighting and fan speed.The motherboard (MSI Z490 Tomahawk) I’m using sometimes gives a CPU fan warning from time to time.As noted in the cons of my bullet points my H100i would randomly spin up the radiator fans to 100%. This would happen when I woke my computer up from a long sleep the next day. The temperature of the CPU and system were basically cold. I tried adjusting the fan speed in the iCUE software to no avail.I deleted the iCUE software and re-installed it. The CPU controller bricked, and the lights stopped working. However, the fans continued to run at 100%. Then, the iCUE software would no longer communicate with the AOE at all. The software wouldn’t even recognize the AOE.At this point, I decided to send it back for a refund. Amazon offered to send me a replacement which I accepted. When I received my replacement H100i I noticed that the new one came with more bolts than the one I was replacing it with. I still can’t wrap my head around this. Did I get a used unit or was there a packaging mishap?Now Amazon is refusing to refund the one that malfunctioned. They state that it has “debris and signs of wear”. This has turned out to be a complete nightmare. I can see why a lot of people go with the tried-and-true air coolers. I hope the refund staff comes to their senses and processes my refund.

メディアを読み込めませんでした。The system works absolutely flawlessly keeping my cpu nice and cool even under heavy loads. Though I bought a 6th Corsair ARBG fan as the Corsair 400X case i bought only comes with 3 front fans and this watercooler only comes with 2 so wanted a 6th for the back vent of the case. When I installed the 6th into the RGB port 6 and booted my pc I noticed all the fans lit up as normal except for the newly installed fan, that itself is spinning but the rbg lights never came on, I checked the connector in one of the other rbg ports and it lit up like it should. I placed one of the other fans into the 6th port just incase the fan didn't like port 6 but the other fan didn't light up either. How do I go about getting my command box replaced?

届いてからマーケットプレイスだったことに気付いて半分自分のせいですが、AM5のマザーボードに使いたかったのにAM5の取付金具が無かったです。取り付け金具だけ抜かれてたとしたら許さない

The fans that came with it are not the LL120 that have the rgb ring instead it came with cheaper ones.The bracket for Intel didn't fit on the LGA1200 motherboard. I had to bend the metal in order to fit it on the motherboard holes.The wire for the pump that goes into the commander core that is included doesn't connect properly and I ended up turning on the pc and the processor got really hot then I realized it was due to that connector, I had to wiggle it in then it started and any additional minor movement in the wire disrupt the connection and shut down the pump.The noise from the pump can be heard.Finally, you need to carefully consider the rgb rams if you have any because taller ones (even though they are Corsair brand) can end up in the way making installing the radiator on the top not possible.
