今までハンドミキサーで15分とか持ちっぱなしでしたので、機械に任せて別の事が出来るのは楽ちんです。質感も良いです。停止機能のタイマーがあればなお良いと思いました。

At first, I was doubtful if it will arrive since it was delayed from the said arrival date but when I was enlightened of their origin, I was shocked 😳 literally. When the package finally arrived, I am delighted because I can pursue my love for baking and it will help me a lot. It saves me more time kneading my dough and I have a wonderful outcomes every time. It’s cheaper than the usual stand mixer but definitely will surprise you with the results. I highly recommend this product to those who loves baking like me 🫰🏼

I am thrilled with the results of my Minato hand mixer. As you can see from the pictures, the whisk attachment produced perfect sponge cakes and the hook attachment produced fantastic dough. The machine feels sturdy and the suction cups on the base hold it securely in place.I did not want to buy an expensive stand mixer because the voltage is different in my county so I was looking for something I could leave in Japan when I eventually return home. However, I’m so pleased with this machine that I am considering buying a transformer and taking it home with me.I like the fact that this mixer is made by a local SME that has a website and a corporate history I can research, and I am pleased to be able to support this business. This mixer is excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

レビュー拝見して迷いに迷って購入させて頂きました。メーカーさんがまず、日本である事、予算内である事、ミナトワークスさんに問い合わせをしたところきちんと説明していただけた事などなど やっぱり音や振動が集合住宅の為気になりますが大変気になっておりますが、購入して良かったと思います。パンの仕上がりがとても良いです。
