I just received it, and it seems nice. However, the product description said the backpack came with "THOUGHTFUL: Presentation Box, Transparent Backpack, Cover Pass, Pen Case, Water Based Pens, Shoe Bag, Timetable, Name Sheet", but the Cover Pass, Pen Case, Water Based Pens, and Shoe Bag were not in my package. My daughter will be disappointed that the items in the picture were not in her box as that was one of the reasons we choose this backpack.
