This router has many great VPN-related features, a good configuration panel, and a stylish design. I originally purchased it because I wanted a non-wifi router. Unfortunately many ISPs (including mine) only allow connection via the DS-Lite (Dual Stack Lite) IPv6 protocol these days, and this product does not support connection via DS-Lite. Therefore, I returned this product. However, I would recommend it to anyone whose ISP still supports IPv4.

Perfect device for running a private VPN (WireGuard) or tailscale node. Easy to set up, easy to access remotely. And it's fast. And when I had a question, the support was brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Brume 2 device. Thinking of getting another.

2021年のバージョンをベースに作られたカスタムのルーター？ちゃんとしたOSSのOpenWRTは焼けないからしょうもない。ただ、見た目と取り回しはかなりいいし、VLAN・VPN等のベーシックながら玄人向けの設定も備えているから、価値はある

中国から VPN 接続のために購入しました。標準でついている、WireGuard とインストールした ShadowSocks の両方で、中国から VPN 接続できました。設定も簡単で、ブロードバンドルーターの配下でも、DDNS や VPN は使用可能です。

Very straightforward to set up and perfect for use with Mullvad. I use this in concunction with a regular router that didn't have the VPN options I needed. I recommend the VPN policy based on target domain or IP setting.

OpenVPNサーバの設定ファイルをiphoneのOpenVPNアプリv3.4.1で読み込むと insecure hash algorithm in CA signature とエラーメッセージが出る。最新の暗号化に対応していないらしい。設定でセキュリティレベルをInsecure（非推奨）にすると動作する。次のファームバージョンアップに期待する。以前使っていたTplink Archer C6v2のOpenVPNサーバと比べると数倍のスループット。WireGuardサーバは更に高速なスループットで問題なし。2025.3.8 追記OpenVPN iphone アプリVPN接続で　insecure hash algorithm in CA signature　のエラー出る問題はMT2500のファームを最新に更新してから、設定画面で　システム　→　ファームウェアをリセット　→　全ての設定を削除　　してからOpenVPNサーバー再設定するとhashアルゴ更新された証明書となり、この設定をインポートするとiphoneアプリでエラー出なくなる。単にファーム更新するだけでは証明書は更新されないので注意

既にあるネットワーク環境にVPN環境を追加するために購入しました管理画面は知識のある人なら非常に簡単に扱えると思います　またOpenWrtベースでLuciやSSHでのアクセスでより細かな設定を行うことも出来ますVPN接続時の速度は環境によるでしょうが自分としては満足ですあとNAT下に設置した場合でも GL-iNETのクラウドサービス、goodcloud.xyz 経由で管理画面にアクセスできます　今のところは無料で使えていて非常に便利です
