Siraya Tech Blu 3D printer resin

このレジンで作成したものはかなり…異様な強度です。浴槽の破損した水道管トラップとして作成、取り付け後にちょっと設計を間違えていたことに気がついて取り外そうとしたところ…硬い。厚さは最高でも4mmでしたが、ハンマーとマイナスドライバーで何度叩いても割れない。最終的に30分は叩き続けたり、はまりこんでいたステンレス製の水道管を叩き広げる暴挙でどうにか抜去。中々に間抜けな所業ですが、そのくらい硬く粘り強いレジンです。

使ってみたところ、かなり感度が高いようです。普通のABS Likeレジンと同じ時間で造形すると、剥離時にプリンタが揺れるくらいフィルムに強力に張り付いてしまい、造形物が歪みますし、ゲル状のゴミが発生してしまうようです。ELEGOOのMars 3 Proだと初期層20秒、以降1.5秒くらいの設定だときれいに造形できるようです。臭いとの評価でしたが、私が使ったクリアV2は改善されたのか大したことがなく、SK本舗のABS Likeレジンより臭いは弱いくらいです。まあ、換気しないと使えないのは変わりませんが。。。

ぬるい温めでカタチにはなる。　出力後の油分が多い。　臭気は高強度・高精度のオブシデイアンブラックの半分くらい臭いは臭い。　硬いのに、しなる。　特段特徴的なポイントがない。　高強度・高精度のオブシデイアンブラックのほうに添加して使い切るか、、、コンジャーリジットの硬度増しに添加して消費するしかないかも、、、。　薄い板を曲げ始めて、早い段階でパキっと割れる、折り曲げるまで伸びてくれそうなのがナイロンのイメージだけど９０°曲げる前に早い段階で簡単に割れたり、たわむ･･･ので添加用にしか使えないかも。（個人的に…）★寸法精度はものすごく良い。ウリ…それだけかもｗｗｗ

堅牢ですね、やはり力がかかるところにはコレ。ただ、ドリルしていたりすると薄いところがパキッとあっけなく割れることもあり、もう少し粘りがあったら最強なのですが。（粘りがあるから割れるのか？？）クリアV2は無色透明なのでやはり使いやすいです。とはいえ若干の黄色味はあります（写真参照）ので期待しすぎない方がいいです。Chitubox用の設定ファイルをSiraya公式からダウンロードできるのは大変良いです。露光時間が長すぎたりすると、ゲル状のゴミが出たり造形不良（寸法出ないとか）になりやすいので、上手くいかない方は上記設定ファイルのパラメータを使ってみることをおすすめします。

価格的にはかなり高い部類のレジンですが、それだけあって出力品はとても硬く簡単に磨耗したり破損したりしにくいです。それだけにやすりで削るのも骨が折れるため、サポートはできるだけ減らしたモデルにする必要があるでしょう。また、２次硬化しすぎるとパキパキになってしまうレジンもありますが、これは少しやりすぎるくらいでいいのではと思いました。また、２次硬化前に必ずサポートを除去しておくべきでしょう。露光時間は長い方がいいのかな？と思いましたがデフォルトで大丈夫でした。その代わりに私は２次硬化の時間をしっかりとるようにしました。価格は高いですが、金属製品がない特殊なギアや接合部に集中して使えばコストの高さよりも機能的な利点が上回ると思います。

とにかく高級品ですねただ、後処理なしできれいに仕上がるのでコスパはいいように思います。

けっこう粘りのある製品ではじめは失敗が多かったのですが、リフト量と待機時間を多くとったら失敗はなくなりました。理屈的には流動性が悪く通常のレジン通りに使うと、造形物と発光部の間に流れ込んでくれないのと、バットに張り付いてしまうので距離と時間を多く取ればうまくいきます。あと造形後数日で痩せてくるので0.2mmほど大きく作ったほうが良いです。曲げにはけっこう強そうですね。

温度管理が必要ですが、小さな物の表現力も良く愛用しています。最近、劣化したのか分かりませんが変色していて造形が出来ないレジンが届くことがあります。初期層は出るのですが、サポート以降は露光時間を長くしても造形が出来ません。VATの中にはゲル化したレジンが残るようになりました。写真の右が正常に出力できる物で、左が紫に変色し出力できない物です。左側のラベルの物はどれも同じ状態でした。製造年月の刻印が無いのではっきりは分かりませんが、左側のラベルは製造から日にが経っており劣化した物ではないかと思います。

I bought this because I needed very clear parts with minimal yellowing. I’d read other reviews that suggested it was the foods and I wasn’t disappointed.Word to the wise, dial the exposure time down as low as you can get it before prints start failing.It still yellows a little, but if 0 was glass and 10 was fully yellowed this is a 1, maybe 1.5

Hele krachtige resin. Let op: goed uitharden! Tijdens het uitharden verwarmen is nog beter. Getoonde onderdelen zijn Trident onderdelen van een Akai bandrecorder. De onderdelen zijn wel wat doorzichtig.

Casi termino la botella, ¿mi conclusión? Gran resina, sin impresiones fallidas, sin deformaciones, impresiones fuertes y estéticamente agradables. Como la resina es bastante espesa, la imprimo a 35°C con el calentador de mi cámara de resina. Tenga en cuenta que a esa temperatura debe reducir el tiempo de exposición.

A resin for experts: It is really hard to get the calibration dialed in (room temperature control is a must) but once that is sorted, the parts come out great. I would not recommend this for a beginner. For experienced users that need UV stable, white parts that have some wear resistance, this is a great resin! Also the bio-compatibility certification is a great feature for obvious reasons.

Updated 2: Tried Tough Clear, and I am impressed. Has good strength with decent flexibly. It is nice and clear, but does have a yellow hue. Even after following their blog post about heat treating in 60C water for 10-20min then sitting in the sun for 30 min. The clear isn't crystal clear, but clear enough for what I'd doing.Updated: Wish there was a separate review for each Blu resin, as each one has its own quirks and features. I finally got the nylon mecha to print what I wanted, and I think my issues coincided with software and hardware updates to the slicer and printer. Blu Lava Black came out great, and looks really promising for some applications I want to try and use it for. The print came out great, and dried/heat treated at 65C for 20min, then water cured for 10min. Part looks great semi-matte black finish.Blue Nylon Black has a bit of a bluish color to it. Made some lids, handles, and few other things with it, and has printed great every time I've used it. Has good impact strength, and should handle accidental falls of 3-4 feet no problem from parts I've performed drop tests on.I have had nothing but great experiences with Siraya Tech's filament and resins, and I haven't had a single failure while using any of their resins, until this one. A whole bottle, and not a single successful print. Used on a Saturn 4 Ultra using Siraya Tech's provided profiles for this printer, but I just getting failures in ways I've never seen. The failed parts that did come out look great, and surface finish as well the scratch resistant properties of the resin are really good. Just wish I would have actually had a working part after spending $70 and wasting 3 days. This stuff is thick and messy, with a lot of residual resin getting left behind, so make sure you clean well after using. Not a user friendly resin from this experience. That being said, this stuff is strong! I am really impressed with the strength of the parts I have made with this resin.
