7月初旬に購入しました。普段はあまり使わないため久しぶりに使ってみたら充電しなくなっていました。18ヶ月サポートということで、指示通り購入履歴から出品者に連絡という項目を探してみましたが見つからず、サポートを選んでも出品者には連絡できそうな項目がない！？普通に使えてる方もいるようなので当たり外れがあるのかな【追記】金額もそんなに高くないので特にノーアクションでいましたが、出品者の方から18か月保証対象ということで、返金か交換のご提案連絡を頂きました。私は別のものを購入済みでしたので、返金のご対応を頂きました。

This power block helped with a growing problem around my office: too many devices, not enough plugs. I have a USB hub with 2 dedicated power ports, USB plugs on my computer, a power strip that I can plug blocks and other things into as well as a wall outlet that all have USB plugs coming out of them. The biggest problem with all of my blocks it that they ALL only have one port. This device is great because it has 3 ports, 2 of which are USB-C - this is great for me because 2 of my devices (iPad and MacBook Air) draw power from a USB-C plug. The Air has a pretty big block that doesn't fit into my power strip without blocking another plug (they plugs are pretty close), so I have to run it from the outlet behind me (which causes a trip hazard). As you can see from the photo, this block only takes up space for one plug in my strip - it's snug and wouldn't work beside another block, but it is perfect for my situation.It is currently charging my iPad, my phone and my MacBook Air and they are all charging fast. I am using the included USB-C to USB-C cord that came with the power block and it is charging as good as the Apple cord. As expected, this block IS heating up - there's no way it wouldn't be for its size and how much power is passing through it to fast-charge all three devices. Not burning a hole in my hand even if I hold it for a while, but I'm not sure how comfy I'd be leaving it plugged in for a prolonged period of time unless I was in the same room (especially in my situation where it's in a power strip and a whole bunch of other stuff is crammed in there running off the same strip).Heat aside and longevity yet to be determined, I am very happy with this power block and would definitely recommend it if you are running into issues trying to find space to plug everything in. And speaking of space, the prongs of the block fold in (like my MacBook Air power block), making it easier to throw in a bag or your pocket without poking holes.EDIT: I did forget to mention one thing I noticed (doesn't change my rating) - there was a temporary power interruption when I plugged in a new device to the block. I started with my iPad, and when I plugged in my MacBook Air the iPad dinged and the fullscreen charging icon showed like I had just plugged it in. This happened again when I plugged in my phone - the iPad dinged and charge screen flashed, though I didn't notice the Air doing anything audibly or visually.

Edit: The customer service was very proactive in reaching out and sending me a new one. It had to come direct from the factory but it still didn’t take as long as they expected. I got it in about a week and they said it would be two weeks. The charger is great. I love being able to charge multiple devices on a single block and still that Block doesn’t get very hot.I have another brand charger that gets warm enough that sometimes it makes me worried but this one does not get too hot. It’s important to note that the fast charging feature on android phones only works if other devices are not plugged in. I’m not taking off any rating for that because that’s how they all almost work. And you wouldn’t wanna overload the circuitry on the charging block. So all in all very happy. Now I know why the first one went missing. Because these things are good and somebody wanted one.Was surprised to receive a box that contained only instructions with a charger that was absent. Interesting approach. Lends a new meaning to the term vapor ware.

This charger seems to work as expected on my initial testing. I plugged the USB-c cable into the port on my USB-C dock attached to my laptop. The laptop reported power plugged in and maintained charge. While I was able to plug my phone into the USB-A port and charge it at the same time.The included cable is a little short, not a deal breaker though. I will update the review if any issues come up after longer use.

I'm actually impressed with the the power this small charger puts out. It's a hefty, solid chunk of a charger, and the main USB C port can put out an impressive amount of power if your device can handle it.You can charge multiple devices at the same time, just keep in mind that the USB ports (USB C 1 & 2 and one USB A) each get progressively less power if you're simultaneously charging. The USB A port is labeled with the Qualcomm Quick Charge icon (QC 3.0), but it seems to me that all three ports support all charging protocols.They say the USB C cable included is compatible with the E-Mark protocol (100v 5w), and I believe them - it's a thick, solid cable. I'm so glad they didn't cheap out on the cable, although at 4 ft. it may be a tad bit short depending on where your outlet is.My Pixel 5 immediately noted that it was "charging rapidly" when I plugged it in, and the phone actually charged significantly quicker than its estimate, which was impressive. The folding power plug is a nice touch as well, making this a great travel accessory.

This is a solid and versatile charging "brick" that is compact and powerful. Brick is a good description for it as it feels heavy and well put together even though it is quite small. The included high speed USB charging cable is also about twice as thick and sturdy as most USB cables. The USB-C connectors feel good and precise when you connect them, not sloppy or tight like cheaper cables. Exceptional care is taken to protect all parts during shipping. Not only is there protective plastic on the charging brick to prevent scratches in transit, but the connectors on the USB-C cable are covered in protective plastic as well.My Android phone immediately showed fast charging when connected to the included USB-C cable. The brick features 2 high-power USB-C outputs that can singly output 67W if nothing else is connected, or 45W on C1 and 20W on C2 if both are connected. The USB-A connector tops out at 22.5W singly, or 18W if USB C1 is being used as well. So far a very good experience with this charger and cable. Highly recommended.
