Everything seems to be perfect until I check the serial number tag inside the luggage and found that it has been peel off!, so that mean no any warranty or service from the manufacturer?The seller not responsible anything, only answer me that ‘sorry, we haven’t any serial number with us’I also report this issue to Amazon JP for almost 5 days and still didn’t got any reply.
