最初はダイソーの軽いカウンター付きの縄跳びを使っていましたが、持ち手が壊れそうになり、ヒヤヒヤしながら跳んでいるのはストレスだったので試しに人気のあるこちらを購入してみました。他の人がレビューに書いていた通り、やや重いですが慣れればその重さを利用して安定して飛べるようになります。300回の駆け足跳びも数日で出来るようになり、二重跳びも20回から40回まで回数が増えました。目指せ100回！という目標で、日々トレーニングしていこうと思います💪

購入後、中々紐部分のたわみが取れませんが、ベアリングがついているのでとにかく回しやすい！高級品には及ばないかも知れませんが、学校で使うような縄跳びと比べれば天と地の差です。縄跳び始めたい人にはお勧めです！

ロープ部分が太めなので廻すのは軽くはないが飛びやすい。以前買ったものと同じものかと思っていたがロープが少し太くなった気がする。

I've been jumping rope since 2012. I skip 7 days a week. Usually 3,000 skips a day but sometimes 4,000 or even 5,000. I use my Amazon rope and a lighter Decathlon rope on alternate days. The Amazon rope has lasted me 4 months already (so 2 months of actual use). It's still in good shape. The foam on the handles is intact. The handle bearings are fine. There's no rust. So the build quality is excellent. I also like this rope because it is slightly heavier than the Decathlon rope. Like a heavy flywheel it allows me to skip steadily on all kinds of surfaces (good momentum). Because of the extra weight it also works out the arms and shoulders better. Highly recommended.
