One thing you should be aware of is that since this is a product meant for the Japanese market, all documentation will be only in Japanese. OK, now for the review.This player works well for playing both standard audio CDs and MP3 CDs. It looks well designed. Controls and display are very minimalistic but do work well. The only downside is that, since track number display only has 2 digits, when playing MP3 CDs with over 99 tracks, track numbers past 99 will not be displayed (but they will play).There's also a switch on the bottom side to set playback mode. You can either continuously loop the entire CD (this the default setting), loop a single track or just play the CD once and stop.The player will remember your last played track even when switched off so if you want to stop playback now and return to your music later, it's possible to do so.The technical side is interesting. This player uses buffering heavily and always tries to read-ahead, even when playing standard audio CDs (so don't be surprised if the disc just spins down in the middle of a song). This is likely done to reduce skipping but this system is not without glitches. For example, when playing MP3, a read error can cause continuous crackling noises to appear in the audio which can only be fixed by fully stopping and restarting playback (pausing won't work). Also, when playing standard CDs, the player sometimes doesn't play the very last track to the end, skipping prematurely to the first track instead.As for the audio side: Bluetooth does work but it's not perfect. You need to activate it manually every time you turn on the player, there's no option to have it activated automatically after power on. Also, there's no support for better quality codecs like aptX, only basic SBC and AAC codecs are supported. On the plus side, Bluetooth remote control does work, allowing you to control the player using your earbuds.There's also a 3.5mm headphone jack which does work fine but I do not have any wired headphones or earbuds of decent quality to properly test the quality of it's sound output.Overall: a functional, albeit somewhat basic audio CD and MP3 CD player which will work well for playing your CD collection and likely won't look out of place when used functional wall ornament.

iPhone、手持ちのUE ROLLスピーカとはペアリングできませんでしたので、申し訳ありませんが返品しました。また、カバーの透明アクリルには最初から全体的に傷がついて白っぽくなっており、見栄えが悪かった。

I bought this after seeing it on an espisode of TechMoan from YouTube and I am basically happy with the product. It's a little bit expensive for what it is, but I couldn't find a better alternative.I have it mounted on the wall and it connects wirelressly to a set of Edifier R1280DB speakers. A nice bonus is that the remote control of the speakers is able to play, pause and track select on the player.I wish the battery lasted longer, since I don't like the way it looks with a cable hanging off. Maybe it's good for about 5 hours before charging.

I get it, sometimes minimalism comes at a price, and this is a nice-looking, well-working, although a bit too plasticky, well-built CD player. BUT, it drives me bonkers that a CD player that mimics an instant Polaroid photo, meaning it is meant to be put on the wall, DOESN'T come with the wall bracket! I had to purchase it separately directly from their site for an additional $35!Folks at KM5, just toss the piece of metal in the box with the player or lower the price to compensate for the lack of it.Anyways, the CD player works and sounds great, especially when connected directly to an amp, as Bluetooth compresses the audio a bit, decreasing the audio dynamic range.Pros:- Great-looking little device, especially if you're into minimalism and especially if you are into photography and/or Polaroids like myself- Great sound- Simple and easy interface and operability- Despite other comments, this is a continuos player- Solid antishock, so it can be used as a portable player- So far, the battery lasts about 5 to 7 CD plays, and it charges in about an hourCons:- Pricey for what it does and what comes in the box (or more likely, what doesn't come in the box)- No wall bracket!- No remote (I really wish it came with a simple minimal remote)- Putting the album art is a bit finickyOverall I'm happy with it, just annoyed I had to pay so much for it and extra for the bracket

Worked exactly one time. After that nada. Very cheaply made. Can buy A-LOT cheaper than what I paid. By the time the mounting plate arrived (which I did not realize was a separate purchase, shipped from China), and got the unit mounted it refused to work. Will not charge, no lights. Too late to send back.
