デスクワーク時の姿勢改善のために購入しました。良かった点：高さ調節が2段階で可能で、自分に合わせやすい高級ベルベット素材で触り心地が良い柔らかいフォーム素材で長時間使用しても快適滑り止めがしっかりしていて安定感があるカバーが取り外して洗えるので衛生的気になった点：価格がやや高めサイズが大きめで、狭いデスク下だと少し場所を取るかな？使用感：長時間のデスクワークが楽になりました。総評：デスクワークの快適性を大幅に向上させてくれる優れた製品です。高さ調節ができるので、自分の体型に合わせやすいのが特に気に入っています。素材の質も良く、長時間使用しても疲れにくいです。ただ、価格が少し高めなのが唯一の懸念点です。でも、毎日使うものとしては価値があると感じています。デスクワークが多い人にとっては、投資する価値が十分にあると思います。星4つにしたのは、価格が少し高いと感じたからですが、機能性と快適さは申し分ありません。

買ったあとに「もうちょっと高さがあれば」といった事になりづらいです

使用感は全く問題ないです。通気性もあり快適でした。ただ、購入前から懸念していたのですが、やはり素材の特性上ヘタるのが早いです。2か月ほどでヘタりが気になりはじめ、よく足を置く箇所と置いてない箇所で明確に硬さが変わってしまいました。私は硬めが好みなのでこれは許容できず、泣く泣く今は捨ててしまいました。スポンジなので捨てやすい点は、とてもメリットではありますね・・・ヘタりが許せない人はプラ製など頑丈な物か、高密度スポンジのようなヘタりにくい素材を考えたほうがいいです。

1日の大半を過ごすデスク用に購入。健康的な変化、効果はあまり実感はしにくいですが、軽くてしっかりしているのでいい感じです。足元が安定しました。

エルゴヒューマンが大きすぎて、かかとが床につきません。発泡スチロールのブロックを使ってましたが、ズレるし、なんとなく不安定でした。思い切って買って良かったです。足が安定して乗せられます。ちょっと高いけど

Steelcase ジェスチャーチェアと同時購入。オフィスメーカーのプラスチックのと比べるとインテリアにはなじみやすい感じです。室内で使用するため靴を履いての利用はなし。靴下か裸足で利用しますが触れる面が起毛なので肌触りが良いです。また冷たさも感じません。イスが良くなったからか、フットレストのおかげかわかりませんが導入してから腰痛が良くなりました。足置き部がラウンドしているので足の自由度があります。ずっしりしてるかと思っていましたが、とても軽いです。けどクッションが柔らかく感じることも有りません。高さが二段調整できます。（下のベースがマジックテープで固定されている）表面にはジッパーがあって取り外せるので洗えそうです。

I am really satisfied with it. It is really comfortable and the non-slip bottom really makes it stay in place. It cleans really well with just the vacuum cleaner (no pets). I only use the top part, I don't even need the riser.It helped with my back pain and posture.I've been working from home since the pandemic hit and started setting up my home office. This was the last puzzle piece I hadn't yet placed. Prior to buying this I had two unusual foot rests to save money. A giant pillow which was ok-ish. After i used an amazon-box from another unrelated order, which was just dumb lol.It was about time i invested the time and money in looking for a good foot rest. Several lengthy researches and inner debates later, I settled for ErgoFoam's product.After a month's use, you can feel the foam start to create foot patterns at the places you rest more often. I don't think that's quite bad, it think it's the normal behaviour. Won't deduct point from it. It doesn't deter from the experience. As long as it keeps helping with the workstation ergonomics that's all that matters.

I have two of these already, one made with the net and one made with the felt. I like the felt a little better, so I just order my third one. Why so many? Well, I have two houses and I use them at both. I like to use one at my desk and one when I'm sitting at the sofa. I have lower back problems, and its best that I don't cross my legs when sitting. Using these is the only way I can get comfortable. Also, they are great for a prop when I do yoga or stretching. If I had to say one thing negative about them, it would be that the one made of net really holds dust. You have to hit it against the floor to shake out the dust. It's worth it though.
