以前に他のセグウェイを購入していて壊れた為買い直しです。また、片足ずつのミニセグウェイも持っているので超簡単です。因みに、届いた物が不具合品でしたが即日対応をして頂き代品がめちゃくちゃ早く届きました。ショップの対応が良いのでオススメです。

とにかく楽しい！意外にすぐ慣れて乗れるから前にも後ろにもクルッと回れて止まらなきゃいけないとこではスッと止まれる。体幹にもいいかなと購入しました。他社の物で持ち運び用のホルダーが付いてるのがありこれは付いてないので不便を感じ星一つ減らしました。

感覚的にすぐ利用できました。他にはないはじめての遊具の感覚で、子どもも大人も夢中になりました。慣れるとスピードを出すこともでき達成感があります。機械に不具合が発生しましたが、サポートがしっかりしており、すぐにメッセージ交換～返信があり、不具合部品や本体の交換にも迅速に応じてくださいます。そのため安心して継続的に利用しています。

購入初期に故障しましたが、迅速に対応していただきました。子供もとても喜んで遊んでいます。

子どものプレゼントに買いました。サイズ感やデザインがスッキリして良いです。小回り加速減速もスムーズで、慣れると上手いこと前後に体重移動しながら本体幅より狭い通路も通れます。Bluetoothをつないで本体スピーカーから曲が流せるのも楽しいようです。充電がもう少し保てばより良いです。

My son was given this for Christmas and loves everything about it. It’s easy to ride, battery life is good. Unfortunately, the device malfunctioned in early February. I notified GO Trax and they were great to deal with! Quick to respond to my inquiry and disappointment, they sent me a postage paid tag, and asked that I return the faulty device. Within 2 weeks of the process starting, a new hoverboard identical to the old was on our doorstep. My son couldn’t be happier.Thank you GO Trax:-)Chris

Purchased for my son, and everything worked great for about 6 months until the hoverboard inexplicably stopped working and wouldn't turn on.I filed a claim with GoTrax and it was determined that the cause was an internal electrical malfunction (the control board). They told me that the warranty had expired and that I could purchase a new one and "apply" for a discount (which was never actually offered). Everything I was aware of at the time of purchase advertised the warranty as 1 year from purchase - but was told by customer service that was only for their scooters, and the warranty period was only 180 days for hoverboards... too bad, so sadThe company has since decreased the hoverboard warranty to 90 days - presumably because it's an inferior product, they had too many warranty claims between 90-180 days, and could no longer afford to offer a 180 day warranty.This was a very frustrating experience - I won't buy anything else from GoTrax

Got this for our 5 yr old. When she gets on it won’t stop shaking. When our 9 yr old gets on it works perfect. She exceeds minimum weight requirement. Not sure why else to try.
