メディアを読み込めませんでした。以前使用していたユーフィのバッテリーが使用できなくなり、買い替えを検討。ロボロックやルンバも検討しましたが、ドックなし２ｉｎ１のもので保証期間が長く（事故保証+2400円程度）、安価なものを探していました。動作音はユーフィに比べて少し大きいかなとも思いますが、吸引とマップ作成までのアプリ動作は問題ないです。ただ、掃除開始すると要領わるいなーとも思える動き。全部掃除するのに30分ほどでした。外出時に掃除すれば特に気にならないと思います。

ルンバを買おうか悩んでいたところこちらに出会い選んでみました。スマホを使って簡単設定が出来てとても便利です。大事な掃除ぶりですが全く問題なく隅々まで綺麗にしてくれています。価格以上の仕事ぶりで大助かりしています。ダストパックがもう少し安く販売してくれたら最高なのですが欲張りでしょうか(^_^;)

すぐエラーを吐く。一度送って新しいものに変わってもエラーをすぐ吐く。エラーを治すために再起動や再設定をし、つながらない電話を掛ける。手で掃除したほうが早くてストレスも無い。3回使えればいいという人向け

1日1回リビングの掃除を時間設定していて、外出中に、掃除が終わっただのブラシが絡まっているだのメールが来ます。半月ほどで満杯になったゴミ（ほぼ猫の毛と髪の毛）を見て、掃除してくれてるんだなと実感しました。音は普通の掃除機くらい。初めの部屋の設定を頑張ればあとは楽になります。追記3ヶ月ほど使用して、登録した間取図がバグるようになりました。掃除機は壊れてないけど、部屋の間取図は何度か編集し直しました。そこは面倒です。

2025年1月追記　サポートに連絡し、修理し戻ってきました。モーターが故障だったようです。1年保証期間のため送料、修理費は無料でした。箱はとっておいて良かった。２０２４年１２月末回転する左右のブラシのうち片方が故障。週４日使用して約３か月の命でした。サポートへメール済だが年末で返答はまだない。プライムセールで4万円を切る価格で購入しました。設定はアプリをインストールして、Wi-Fiを接続と簡単でした。部屋中をマッピングしながら掃除開始。マッピング画面は結構正確ですね。掃除終了後はステーションに戻りに戻りゴミの回収。結構な音量なので、猫も驚いて駆け寄りました。20秒位で回収完了です。マッピング画面から進入してほしくない場所も簡単に設定できました。

弱点ありだが、お掃除いらずで快適です。弱点は、カーペットや絨毯のはじの紐やコンセントに繋いでいないケーブルがあると何度もチャレンジ掃除をして絡まります。

昔買った掃除機は、家の見取り図が作成できなかったのですが、これは見取り図が作成できて、指定した部屋だけの掃除ができるので便利です。段差があるところで、時々ゴミボックスが外れたりするのだけは改善してほしいです。

I am writing this after using for two months. Very happy with it. I chose it mainly for the brand, as tplink has been making wifi routers for a long time. Setting up was like having a cup of tea. They say works better with older wifi (2.4) but I have a 5GHz one and had no problems so far. At start it does a tour to map the house, then I manually defined the rooms, as otherwise it may think the hallway and living room are one room, and you do this easily in the app. Then you can tell it specifically which room(s) you want cleaned, or the whole house. I have the app on my android phone and an iPad, both works very well and areIt does clean well: I rung it every other day and it collects enough dirt. Easy to open and empty. Never tried the washing part as all comments I have seen for this and other brands point to the fact that it's mainly a vacuum cleaner.I studied the dimensions carefully and this can go under my chairs and have the recharging home station under my bed.Clearly, you need to make your home robot friendly and arrange all wires, shoes etc. so they are not on the floor. I have a flat, parquet, no steps and never had carpets, and this is probably optimal.Great that I can start it from my mobile and see the cleaning route live on a map.

Over het product geen klachten, maar de bezorging is zeer slecht. Een dag na de beloofde datum en het pakket werd voor de deur op de natte grond gelegd. Toen ik de deur open deed zat de bezorger alweer in zijn auto.
