While everything seems okay, better packaging quality control would be appreciated to ensure customer confidence.

Great for cooking. I love to sprinkle it over a thick steak or avocado toast. It adds amazing flavor. The salt pieces are large and sometimes dense, and there are perfectly formed ones that look like a crystal square. It's different from table salt, which is fine and easy to spread or use in large quantities. This is better as a topping for a dish that needs a little extra flavor.
