日本語対応と記してありましたが、日本語取扱い説明書が有りません。困ります。

プレゼント用に購入、購入後すぐに配送していただきました。ただ、箱の正面にしっかりと黒い汚れがついており、何とか消そうといろいろやってみましたが消えず、時間もなかったのでその上にシールなど貼り先方にもその旨伝えて渡すことになりました。自分用であれば特に気にもしないのですが、高い贈り物だっただけに残念でした。
