スポーツで捻挫を機に足首のトレーニングを検索していてこちらを見つけました。5cmの厚みで少し薄いかな？と思いましたが十分です。使用している人物は170cm弱で73kgのガタイの良い男子です。膝の成長痛でヨガマット（6mm厚使用）では膝をつく姿勢が痛くてトレーニング出来ずにいたところ、このマットのお陰でストレス無しとのことでした。弾力は思っているより跳ねる感覚があります。上でジャンプしても少々跳ねます。夜間のトレーニングにも階下に響かなくて良さそうだと思いました。強くおすすめします。

小学生のトレーニング用として2枚購入。もともとバランス系のトレーニンググッズは、他にも持っていたが振動吸収も兼ねて期待。結果、体幹トレとしても、振動吸収マットとしても優秀な製品。

I am in my 70’s and have balance problems and as tendency to fall on uneven ground. This foam pad is perfect to practice standing on one and two feet. My balance is better and no recent falls. I leave it in front of the television and use it while watching tv. Great quality pad! Love the various color choices!
