I’m always looking for the next up-and-coming super food and happened to find this. This black vinegar is extremely and unique and like nothing that I’ve ever tasted. I bought this and brought it to my brothers house to share since he is a health nut as well and loves trying new food. Opening the vinegar up it’s beautifully packaged and you can tell it’s well-made. The color is dark almost like an amber color and the smell is pungent. While it smelled like a vinegar when you taste it it has this insane sesame type mushroom flavor. We almost can’t explain how unusual it is but it’s for sure different. For one week we each had a shot of this every day and felt noticeably better. Even though it’s pricey I will continue to buy this product and use it in certain dishes raw to increase that umami flavor.
