当たり前ですが、常に水が流れてます。たまにメンテしないと水の勢い無くなります。ステンレスなので衛生的に良い雰囲気です。

電源が入らない。１～２日置きに水交換と洗浄してますが、１週間前から電源が入りにくくなりました。昨日は、蛇口を外したりモーター部分を掃除したりしてやっと動きましたが、３０分くらいかかりました。修理お願いします。

たまに留守にする事があるので購入しました。音はほぼなく静かですが一泊留守にして２日目に容器の洗浄をしたところ容器にぬめりがありました。今では毎日掃除してますが毎回滑りがあり衛生的には良くない商品だと思いました。残念です。

This is about my third or fourth automatic water dish. My cats have grown up with them, so this was not new to them. Just this particular brand was new.I was having trouble finding new filters for my old one, so I decided to try something new.I choose this one for two main reasons.1- it appeared to have a larger holding tank. I have two cats and my tenant has one. I was filling old one daily.Yes the tank is a good size. I can go two or sometimes into a third day. I only wish there was a clear spot that you could see the water level. Even when filling this would be helpful. It can be hard to see the water level without pulling the lid completely off.2 - stainless steel, would be more healthy than the plastic one they were currently using.From what I've gathered it would appeared stainless steel can be better then plastic. So, for me, this was an easy switch.Now comes day one. I wasn't sure how my two stinkers would take the new one. So I installed it next to their old one. For a few days, they both completely avoided it.So I decided to unplug the old one and remove the pump and lid. Still they refused to touch the new one.After a few days more I completely removed the old one and just left this new one. With no option they both used it. Have not had any trouble at all.The two filters are simple to remove and replace. Machine is, also, easy to take apart, clean and replace.Good water dish. Just wish I could visually see the water level, from the outside.Ok it also asks about noise level. I'm not sure if 1star or 5stars is the right answer. I can say it is dead silent. Only time I ever hear it is when I forget to fill and the pump starts spitting or runs dry.

This is a great product: large capacity, hygienic stainless steel tank is easy to clean; motor can't even be heard; running water is also quiet; cats took to it immediately; filtration system keeps the water visibly cleaner. ***Don't forget, however, that in a power outage your critter will not have access to the water so ensure on open water source is available to them if you leave for any length of time over a day!

Love this fountain, tried many and this is our favorite.Large size holds lots of water. Our cats really love the faucet like spout. Easy to clean with it being all stainless steel.The fountains keep both our cats and dogs drinking water more often and keeps the cats from drinking out of the toilet.Fairly quiet compared to most fountains I've had in the past.Keep your filters changed regularly and pump should last

When I made the decision to switch from water bowl to water fountain, it was the best decision where my pets are concerned. They drink far more water than they ever did before. One of the cats drinks directly from the stream, never out of the bowl. A bigger fountain was required this summer because we added a Standard Poodle to our family, and he would drink the first fountain dry. this one normally only requires filling twice a day, whereas the first one would be filled about a half dozen times.These fountains are sturdy, easy to assemble and fairly easy to clean. The motor is super quiet, and our pets love the continual flow of filtered water.
