子供用の動画視聴用に購入しました。商品には満足しておりましたが、不調になってしまったのでお問い合わせをしたところ、保証期間内ということもあり交換していただけました。担当者はアビーさんという方ではとても丁寧でスピーディに対応いただけました。製品が故障したり正常に動作しない場合にカスタマー サポートチームご相談してみるとよいかと思います。

買って4ヶ月ちょっと、充電が切れていることに気付き、充電する。が、いくら充電しても画像みたいな表示が出てきて全く起動できない。接触不良かと思い、家中のコードを探し回って全部試したが、スマホは充電できるのにここで買ったタブレットはうんともすんとも言わない。まだそんなに使ってないのに....返品交換対応してください。中国人業者相手に言うとは無駄だとは分かってるけど泣き寝入りする気は全くない。この業者の問い合わせ窓口もなければ、質問もできない状態なのでここで伝えます。早急に対応してください！！！！！！

ただ、安いって事！Wi-Fiが、接続になっているのですが、全く、NETには繋がらない！

タブレット未経験で初購入。失敗したら嫌なので、低価格のこの商品をお試し感覚で購入しました。目的はTVerの視聴やビデオの持ち出し録画の視聴なので、高スペックは求めていませんでした。1週間に2〜3回しか使っていなのですが、今のところ動作も速いし、不具合もなく、画像も綺麗で大満足です。

2023年10月に購入。今日突然充電したときに電池パックが膨張しました。落下したり心当たりはありませんが買い替えます。在宅時でよかったです。

半年使用して画面が見えなくなったのでカスタマーサービス経由で出店者に連絡した所、直ぐに丁寧な対応してくれた。

買って3ヶ月で電源が入らなくなりました充電していたら、急に紫色の電池マークが出て、動かなくなり、電源を落としたらそのまま電源が入らなくなりました返品交換出来ますか？

Nous sommes conquis par la tablette. Facile à utilisé par les enfants . Et se tiens bien . Pratiques pour les divertirs en voiture ça bonne tenue de la batterie pour les longs voyages. Tous d'une grande tablette.. la coque protège extrêmement bien contre les choqués et les chutes ..c est 3 garçons qui se la partage elle résiste bien.

This tablet is perfect for my 19 month old.It comes with a protective case and stand.Very user friendly, and lots of parent lock features.Lots of different features that we have been able to try yet, but so far so good!I would recommend to others!Only charged once since we purchased, so battery life is really good for what we need it for!
