リピートでの購入となります。安いのでそうなのか、手入れが良くなくてそうなのか、ハッキリとは分かりませんが、前回購入した時のものは、毛が抜けやすくなってしまいました。本気で使用するレベルではないのでこれで良しとしています。今回は長い期間もってほしいです。

This is a much larger brush than I was expecting. I had envisioned a size 4 (US measure) but what I recv'd was a size 8 or 10. I have plenty of brushes in an 8 or 10. What I was hoping for was a small brush. I will keep the brush and experiment with it. I played a little with it and found the quality to be exceptional, no hair was dropped and you can load a ton of water or paint. The bamboo has a very natural feel, the design and style make you run for the nearest Whole Foods market ... and you get the picture. I would have gladly given 5 stars, but feel the seller needs to clarify the size you will receive. If you are Japanese you may be asking 'what is the problem here?' But I'm not, I didn't understand the sizing.

I was expecting the brush to be a little more responsive, but it doesn't snap back as my other horse hair brushes do. But I've learned not to be too quick to hold any brush in contempt, as sooner or later I'm thinking, "Hmmm, this brush is perfect for this landscape (or whatever) painting." The deficiency lies with myself.

This is an overpriced brush for what you get. I used this brush once a week and made sure to clean it properly after every use. The initial shape and writing was fine. After the sixth use, the brush began to fray. Brush hairs started to come off. My $2 brush from Daiso lasted longer than this brush. Not sure if I got a bad brush or if they're all like this. I definitely overpaid at $24. Even the current price of $19 is way too high for this brush.

A very decent and inexpensive fude. Beyond my expectation for 15 bucks. The bamboo design looks special and is nice to hold.
