カットしておけばすぐに使えるので便利。蓋が汚れるのでわたしはバターの銀紙ごと押してます。その方が綺麗に網目から外れます。蓋がカチッと閉まらないので、そこが不便！我が家は冷蔵庫の中で蓋が常に浮いてます。

バターを常温に戻しておくのはめんどうですが、手を汚さずに切れて便利です。いちいちバターナイフを出す必要がなくなって買ってよかったです

It is easy to wash and fits a standard butter block, instead of many that are sold that are actually meant for small American sized butter.I love the cutting grid!It is hard to use when the butter is fully chilled right in the fridge, but if you leave it out for a short time, you can then push it through the grid without issue, and it very nicely divides the butter into equal pieces. Makes it very easy to pull out a uniform amount to use for melting into a pan, or spreading over toast, or for any other purpose. Eliminates the need to pull the whole butter out onto a cutting board to cut off a piece with a knife.Very good for easy portion control for cooking. The small pieces also come to room temperature faster, so if you weigh out 100-200 grams for baking, it is already in small pieces to make it soft and easy to cream.
