27歳男性体重75キロです。最初硬い気がしたのですが使ってるうちに柔らかくなってきた気がして私には丁度いい硬さでした！コスパは最高だと思います！

若くて筋肉がしっかりある方なら良いかもしれませんが、私には硬すぎて体が痛いです。しかし、持病だった腰痛は良くなった気がします。
