カラーが気に入っている。キーボードがスムーズに接続できたのでよかった。若干キーの位置が異なるので慣れるまで時間が必要。スタンドは、角度調整しやすいのが良い。しかし、立てる位置が若干分かりにくく、立てるのに苦労する時がある。

カバー側はバリが酷く質感は良くありませんが、使用に問題はありません。キーボードは、配列は違えどMacPCを使っているならあまり困ることは無いかと思います。エンターキーは、写真からもわかる通りとても小さく使いにくいです。iPadを立てて使用する際には、都度キーボードを一旦外さないといけないので凄く不便です。また、キー音のがカチャカチャしており、静かな会議場ですとややうるさく感じます。ともあれ、値段が値段なので取り敢えずキーボード付きケースの使い心地を体感したい方には良いかもしれません。---2023年5月追記メーカー様より連絡がありました。製品に関しては先の記載の通りですが、商品についての聞き込みを今後の製品への改善など真摯な対応には好感が持てます。また機会があれば、こういうお店で購入したいと思います。

充電用の穴は開いてるが挿さりません。（カバーが厚いからかな）音量ボタンのところは凸っておらず、生地も頑丈なので押せません。コスパ重視で買いましたが、少し後悔してます。

If I was rating my Sengbirch keyboard a few months ago I would have awarded it 2 stars because of the unsatisfactory quality and performance of the keyboard.I had a Sengbirch keyboard that was experiencing MAJOR key failures after only 16 months and therefore was NO longer under warranty. So I reached out to Sengbirch customer service hoping they could offer me some technical assistance for instructions on how to possibly reset the keyboard.They initially reminded me that it was no longer under warranty, that any repairs would be at my expense, and since it was out of warranty they were “unable to provide after-sales service”. They only offered me a 15% discount if I bought a new one.I was not going to buy another Sengbirch product since the quality and performance was unsatisfactory.To say the least, I was very disappointed because I felt that it was only a few months out of warranty and the added repair expense was unwarranted.After several emails, they generously offered me a replacement and I am thrilled to have a functioning keyboard again!

Update: I had this for about six weeks and loved it. However, the keyboard is not working anymore, it was typing gibberish when I pressed certain keys. I contacted the seller, and after providing details of the problem, they honored the guarantee and shipped me another keyboard. So far, it is working well. I really love it, and I’m hoping that it will not have the same problems as the last. Thanks to the seller for standing by their products. Good customer service.Initial Review: I purchased this after comparing several similar products in great detail, and decided on this one. I wanted one that would fold back so that I could hold my ipad vertically and read or play a game. This one does that, but is a little too bulky and cumbersome for me. However, think any case like this would do the same thing.For the case itself, I like it pretty well. The pink actually has a tiny bit of a glittery sheen to it, which I wasn't expecting. It looks nice, though. The case seems pretty sturdy, and looks nice when closed. The ipad seems to stand up wherever I put it on the case due to the rubber casing that the ipad fits into. I am not sure about those who are saying it won't close right. I fold over the side with the ipad first, then flip the keyboard over that (with keyboard on very bottom end of case) and it closes just right.As far as the keyboard goes, I'm pretty pleased with it. I really like the different color backlights, and that function works very well. I'm having to get used to the right shift key being further over than normal, but I am adapting and I don't think that will be a major issue. You have to use the page down key to scroll down within a page, and this does not work in all applications (i.e. Facebook). The battery seems to last pretty well.The keyboard is very light and holds to the case somewhat loosely with a magnet. I wish the magnet were stronger. I am little disappointed in that part. I had thought the magnet would be strong enough to hold the lightweight keyboard in place if it were accidentally dangled and not held on to, but it does not. I am not sure if my case is the way it's supposed to be in that regard or not, but I would say that it my biggest concern.Overall, I am pretty happy with this. It really does turn your ipad into somewhat of a laptop. I also like that the keyboard can be used with other devices since it's bluetooth (although I haven't tried that yet.)

LOVE this keyboard! Following the directions, it was easy to sync the iPad to the keyboard and to pick my backlit color. The reason for 4 stars is because the space bar has to be pushed a little harder to get it to respond, and the shift key on the right side is a small square, which takes a bit to get used to; other than that, very easy to use. The keyboard comes with a USB cable, which can be plugged into an iPhone adaptor for charging.The case that comes with the keyboard (I chose rose gold) is gorgeous and looks very sophisticated. The case and keyboard are magnetic, so the keyboard will stay attached while using it. However, you can’t really fold the keyboard in with the iPad without the keyboard sticking up and out rather awkwardly. I kept the foam sleeve that the keyboard arrived in so that I can protect it when I’m not using it.

All was well until the number one key on the keyboard just stopped working the other day. Now several months later there are many keys that don’t work and it is very frustrating. I can not seem to find any way to effectively communicate with the company. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.It seems that the email address found on Google for Sengbirch Customer Service may not be correct. Today I was ale to find the correct contact through Amazon and the Sengbirch Customer Service responded quickly. I described the problem and they resolved the situation immediately by offering to replace the keyboard. Assuming it arrives as promised I will be a very happy customer. I sincerely hope that the new keyboard lasts for much longer than this one did.
