After ordering a few different stainless steel scissors for kitchen use, I enjoy the simplicity and feel of this one in my hand compared to the others. Three of my fingers fit snuggly through either side of the handle (Index, Middle and Ring Finger). The scissors cut well and the quality appears very nicely finished considering the price. The blade length is shorter compared to some of the other stainless steel scissors which I like for meal prep, and they are easy to clean without substantial crevices for food and bacteria to build up in. The only minor complaint that i would have is that the package was open when i received it from the seller, not sure why.

最初重たくてびっくりしましたが使用には問題ないです。野菜や肉もサクサク切れてよいです。大きさのわりに刃の部分が気持ち短めで、一発でバッサリというよりはちょこちょこ切り進める感じが少しイメージと違いました。頑丈でステンレスで分解できて、欲しい機能がそろっているので長く使えると嬉しいです。

love that it is detachable and i can clean the part around the hinge so easily. can simply detach and put in the dishwasher. dries fast,no need to worry about rusting or grime build up around the hinge. well made and feels so solid. hopefully will last a lifetime

I examined it and have already used it. It is sharp for cutting in the kitchen. I doubt I will try to cut a bone but it won't fail me. Feels great with my finger size and cuts easily. Great shine to it. Comes apart for cleaning and scraping food as seen in videos. It will stay closed for being safe to hang. Great functioning as advertised.
