I have been taking two in the morning and two in the evening for thirty days now. I have gone from two cups of coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon to only one coffee in the morning. I am feeling great and my energy levels have been higher and more consistent throughout the day. I feel sharp mentally and Ive been more active throughout the day.Last night my wife went to bed early because she wasnt feeling well. She slept almost 12 hours! She woke up this morning feeling fatigued and I gave her two. Now she wants to begin regular supplementation as well! She told me she had more energy before she even got to work.I recommend trying to lower your caffeine intake once you notice an effect.Highly recommended!The only negative feedback I would offer on this product is I can't seem to find the amount per pill/bottle of the other ingredients like resveratrol, CoQ10 etc. This leads me to wonder if the amount contained in this supplement is even significant. Since I am translating the bottle to english the problem might be me.
