ネコが４匹いるので、４台買って、部屋の中に少しずつ離して設置して使っています。Wi-Fiと接続するのにちょっと試行錯誤しましたが、４台が一斉にエサを出してくれ、便利です。最初はネコも警戒していましたが、２，３日で慣れて、時間になると、自分の給餌器の前で待つようになりました。新しい機械を導入すると、ネコの気づかなかった面が見えます。すぐに自分のエサの場所がわかるネコもいれば、他のネコのエサに目移りするネコもいたりして、面白いです。ただ、やはり５グラムずつ設定できた方が良いですね。この機会では10グラム単位でしか設定できないので、ちょっと不便です。改良して下さい。

注文日: 2024年1月31日2025年3月25日、注文日から1年ちょい経ち、中の部品が外れて餌と一緒に出てきました。噛んで遊んでたのを発見しました。ネジも付いている状態で、ほんと飲みこまなくてよかったです。他にも同じ商品を2台購入してますが、こちらの新しく購入した商品から外れました。こちらの商品は、大変気に入っているので、どうか、強化改良の方、宜しくお願いします。

5g単位で調整出来たら良いなと思いました。数回重さの確認をしましたが±3g以内には入ってる感じでした。

設定に手こずったけどちゃんと出来た！量は設定した量より少し少ないけど何gかだけなのであまり気にならない。ちゃんとあげたい時は何回かに分けて設定してます。見た目もオシャレだし、愛犬もびっくりする事なくご飯が出てくると食べてくれます。

カメラ付きも検討しましたが、カメラは別の設置型にして、カメラ無しを購入。乾燥剤は百均の乾燥剤を入れています。エサ入れ自体すぐ外れるので、朝・夜は自分でエサをあげていますが、お留守番中のお昼のみ自動給餌。飲み会などで遅くなる時だけ、スマホから給餌する事も可能です。

三匹の愛猫たちに対し、2つ（+同社別機を1つ）稼働しております。機能に関しては説明文通り。Wifi接続云々に関しては、私の方ではすんなり繋がってくれたので何も発言できません。機体ごとにフードの種類を分け、曜日別に2種ずつ給餌することで食べ飽きを防止する使い方をしています。

This was a great feeder whilst it worked, but after 18 months it’s gone into malfunction. I contacted customer services who said it can’t be fixed, even though it’s seemingly one component fault, and the only option is to buy a new one as it’s out of warranty. Frustratingly it works if I manually push the button to dispense the food, but not on the app, and it won’t dispense at the set times, so it is completely useless now. Also be aware, there was nothing to tell me the feeder had stopped working, it was only because I realised I hadn’t had notifications and my cat was pestering me. So whilst it’s a great product when it works and the idea is a good one, when just one thing is off you’ve just got yourself an expensive, chunky bowl.

Update: Able to fix this issue by adding battery and reconnect wifi several times. prompt response from vendor. so star updated!I like the design and build quality of the product. also love the idea that i can monitor my cat feeding history from automatic feeder. However, I have been using this for few days and the feeder never dispense feed as planned. it always show feeding history unknown and mentioned the device wasn't connected to the internet. Submit a ticket to Petkit support today. will see how it goes. might consider to return if problem persists.

Easy to assemble, clearly states no batteries supplied, you need 5 AAA per machine. App downloaded fine on Android 11. We have 2 machines, you can set up more than one with the app. Wi Fi was easy to set up (BT Hub 2), It will ask to update firmware, once the machines connect. My only bug bare was USB leads were supplied, but no plugs. I used 2 mobile charging plugs. I will update after a couple of days. If it hadn't been for the plugs it would have been 5/5.
