毎朝起きると一番初めにやらなければいけなかった猫のトイレ掃除。2匹いるので、それなりに大変。しかも腰痛持ちなので、朝一番に腰をかがめるのが大変でした。この全自動トイレは、1枚のシートで7日から10日くらい変えなくて済むので、猫砂もそのタイミングで追加しています。ただ、2匹一緒に乗ってしまったのか、ソフトクッションが変形してしまって困ってしまいました。普段、カスタマーに問い合わせをすることはほとんどしないのですが、代替品の販売も見つからなかったので問い合わせてみましたところ、とても迅速で丁寧な対応をしていただきました。メールのやり取りの中でも猫愛を感じましたので、長く使っていきたいと思っています。

子猫数匹で使用しております。特に嫌がるわけでもなく、問題なく使用しております。（※親猫が使用してるところを見ていないので、大人の猫は警戒して使わないことがあるかもしれません）★メリット★今までトイレの臭い、清掃頻度が高く手間がかかっておりましたが、格段に減りました。アプリがあるので、現在進行形で猫がトイレにいるかどうか把握できる。★デメリット★システムトイレと違い、誰がどの排便排尿をしたかわからないので、体調の変化に気づきにくい。中のソフトクッションの破損が頻繁におこるので、在庫を潤滑にしてもらえると助かります。

とても良い商品。星5つけたいところですが、付属品の電源コードとミニメッシュが入っておらず、使用開始まで時間がかかったので、ひとつ落とします、

とても使いやすいです。専用のゴミ袋は少しお高いですが、時短を考えると全然気になりません。また先日砂を入れるラバー？が変形してしまったのですが、カスタマーサポートの方の対応が秀逸でした。アフターサービスもしっかりしていますし、とてもオススメです。

使用して一年半、今でも元気で稼働していただいて、概ね満足しています。

忙しい毎日なので、自動で掃除をしてもらえるのはとても助かります！掃除機能は精度が高いです。自動と手動両方で対応でき、自動の場合には細かい設定(排泄後何経過後になど種々)があります。猫ちゃんが近づくと本当にぴたっと動作をとめます。一方、匂いについて課題ですね。砂は今のところ数袋在庫に置いているライオンさんのものを使ってます。うんちした後は普通に匂うし、1日排泄トレイに置いてとくと部屋に広がります。一泊の出張から帰ってくると、以前の臭わない砂だけの時よりもずっと匂います。おそらく、以前なら猫が砂をかいてうんちを隠していたけども、今はうんちは下のトレイへ落ちていき剥き出しのままだからだと思います。専用のビニル袋は匂いを通してしまうため、袋交換のときにビニル袋を素手で触ると驚くほど手が臭いです！触った後はしっかり石鹸であらわないと匂いが手に残ります。専用の臭わない砂や臭わない袋が出てくるといいのですが。。消臭機能があってもあまり役立っていないと思います。もう一つ期待はずれなところは、個人的には消臭に使われているデオドラントの香りが苦手な香りです。うんちの臭いと共に部屋にこもりやすい香りですしキツいなと感じます。アプリに関しては、wifi環境下でないと使えないので、外で様子を伺うことはほぼできません。それから、お掃除のPRESSを押すと、ずっとお掃除中の表示のままになり、止まることがありません。アプリについても今のところそんな点が期待はずれでした。以上踏まえ星は３つにしました。

１年間使用しています。トイレの掃除の手間が激減し、臭いも気になりません。問合せや不良品の交換にも素早く丁寧に対応していただけて大変満足しています。

2匹の猫用に。コンパクトな回る自動トイレからの買い替えです。フルカバーなので匂いが気にならなくなり、砂の飛び散りから解放されました。替えの袋や備品がもう少し安いと嬉しい。

メディアを読み込めませんでした。I purchased the PetSnowy+ from the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. I have 4 cats and have been considering an automated litterbox for a while. My big asks were the following: accommodate large cats (20+ lbs), greatly reduce litter tracking, easy to clean, easy to replace parts as needed, and great customer support. This box checks all of those off the list.I was worried about long-term customer support with this being such a new product, but so far, my experience communicating with the company has been fantastic! They are super responsive on social media, as well.My experience with the actual box has been great. I have had it since May, and when patience and gradual acclimation, three of my four days were using it exclusively within a month, fully automated, and preferring it to the traditional litter boxes. Our largest cat is our holdout. He will pee but not poop in it unless the top is up. Three of the four is pretty good though, and we now only need one traditional litter box for the chonk.This box handles around 6-10 bathroom visits a day, and with the three cats, I'm changing the waste bag approximately twice a week. Never had an issue, and I actually disassembled and deep cleaned it for the first time today. It was so easy to clean!I would 100% buy this box again, and I can't wait to see what revisions the company makes on its next model!

The customer service is great! They respond very quickly and help you troubleshoot your issue. If it's something they can't fix, they will send you a new box and you can return the other after you receive it. They are very polite and they try to make everything as easy and convenient as possible. The box is great too! Very quiet, very little odor and super easy to clean. My cats got used to it very quickly.

Robust material.Size and Capacity: There is a “Max” mark inside the litter box that indicates how much litter to put in. My cats were used to a slightly larger litter box, but now that they are accustomed to this one, I see that they are not bothered by the size and that it is sufficient. My cats range from 3 kg to 7 kg.Aesthetics: As for aesthetics, it fits perfectly in the house. I believe there are two color options. Personally, I chose the white and cream one because I find it a bit more original and it decorates the house better. But the other one, which is completely white, is just as nice. I used to have wooden litter furniture, and I can tell you that these automatic litter boxes are much more pleasant to look at.- Self-Cleaning MechanismType of Mechanism: What’s great about this litter box is that it stops if it detects a cat climbing on it or entering while it is cleaning. And when the cat leaves, the machine resumes cleaning. It doesn’t differ in operation from other litter boxes, but its advantage over others is that it does it better and with very little waste.Efficiency: Regarding cleaning efficiency, I have tested two different litters so far. Both are clumping litters, but one had larger grains than the other. Initially, I used the one with smaller, lighter grains, but unfortunately, my cats scattered the litter a bit everywhere, so I preferred to use clumping litter with larger, heavier grains, resulting in less litter outside the box.Speed: As for cleaning speed, after the cat has used it, you can set the delay from the app, with a minimum of 2 minutes, then 4 minutes, 6, 8, etc.- Noise LevelOperation Noise: I bought five litter boxes, and I can assure you that there is no disturbance in terms of noise. I was pleasantly surprised, and it is very quiet.Impact on Pets: My cats were not used to this kind of machine, and some were a bit scared at first, but I had to train them for a few days. Don’t hesitate to run the machines several times so they get used to the noise and understand that the machine does no harm. I kept the old litter boxes next to the new ones until they got used to them. Now, my six cats use the litter boxes without any problem. It’s just a matter of habit.- Litter CompatibilityType of Litter: Personally, I used clumping litter. But I think other types of litter would work as well.- Odor ControlEffectiveness: There is also a fragrance system that smells very good. It is a fragrance that is diffused 24 hours a day with the help of a fan. For now, I haven’t used it. I just tested it and then removed it because you can disable it from the app. I find that even without it, there is no odor. To avoid buying bags all the time, you can simply empty the bags once and reuse them a second time. But be careful not to reuse them too much for hygiene reasons. By the way, 30 bags are already provided with your order per litter box.- Safety FeaturesSensors: The cat detector works very well and immediately stops the machine when it senses a cat has entered or climbed on the machine.- CostInitial Cost: It’s true that the price is quite high, but the machine is really worth its price. I have saved a lot of time every day because I used to clean the litter box in the morning and evening.Ongoing Costs: So far, I haven’t had to buy anything extra, but I did ask for the filters inside to be replaced because the mesh of my litter filter is too large, and the litter sometimes passes through along with the waste. Customer service was very responsive and offered a free exchange.Extras: You can also disable the light if it bothers you at night, for example. You can even ask the machine via the app to stop cleaning at night if the noise bothers you, but personally, the noise of the litter box has never bothered me.- Warranty and Customer SupportAs I mentioned earlier, customer service is very responsive, and I think you can return your litter box if you don’t like it or if your cats don’t take to it. But believe me, this litter box is really great, and I don’t regret my purchase at all, even though I was worried about the price.

Hace muy poco ruido, hay que tener en cuenta que es grande de tamaño, las gatas estan mas contestas que yo, les ha costado poco acostumbrarse, al principio lo que no me gustaba es que no hay accesorios en Amazon, pero he visto que en su página oficial sí que tienen de todoLa verdad que ahora mismo no puedo decir si elimina los olores como dice en el anuncio, ya que yo ando un poco mal de olfato, pero en cuanto pueda lo confirmo y modifico la reseña.

Overall we're very happy with the product, it's well designed, well-made and works as advertised. It's very easy to set up, the app is easy to use, I like that it has physical buttons for the most important functions, the self cleaning function works really well with very limited spillover or mess, the entry helps minimize litter tracking (which compensates a lot for the large size of the robot, since the overall footprint is not much more than a normal litter tray plus a tracking mat), and the deodorizing function seems to work well (there is still some smell, but it's not as bad a normal litter box).There are a few areas that can be improved though:- The product arrived with a small crack in the casing; not enough for a return, but annoying for an expensive product- The mesh filter is quite big; a finer one is available to buy, but in my opinion should already be included as an accessory- The cat weight measurement is inaccurate to the point of being useless (+-500 grams)
