2回ウォーキングに使いました。軽さ、使い勝手は期待通り。耐久性の確認はもう少し時間が必要です。

軽くて使いやすい。レバーロックのねじをきちんと調節することが大事。

初めてウォーキング大会で使用させてもらいましたが、長さの調節もすぐでき、軽いのでとても使いやすかったです。

一カ月使った感想です。低山時に使用していましたが、初心者はポールに頼る事が多い為か調整の２箇所がそれぞれ緩んできて短くなります（ネジもしっかり回しています）度々の調整の面倒さがあります。ポールは大切だと気づき買い替えました。

この価格でカーボン製のこれだけ軽いポールが手に入るなら文句なし。高いブランド品を使ったことがないので比較はできないけど、ロック部分は扱いやすいけど若干作りが安っぽいので、耐久性は少しだけ心配。すでに5回くらい使っていて問題ないがトータル40回くらい使えれば元は取れるかなと思います。

久々にポールを購入しました。山のお店で値段把握をして来てからの購入です。Amazonは半値以下でした。以前の回すタイプの伸縮から今はパチっと固定で簡単でした。一緒の山友が新しくポールを使用初日に左右のキャップが無くなり次の山時には「新しいキャップを購入した。亅と話された。今回は予備まで入っていてラッキーでした。新しいポールで県外の山を歩けました。ポールに限らず山用品も良くなっているし山のお店よりリーズナブルので他の物も一緒に、楽しく見ています。

下りで、片方のストックの留め金が緩んでしまい危うく転倒しかけました。耐久性や安全性を考えるとそれなりのメーカーのものがいいと痛感しました

I used these for the first time yesterday. I am 70. There were so many benefits! First thing I noticed was the increase in cardio! The second thing I noticed was that my hip (that hurts some when I hike/walk) stopped hurting. When I first started walking, I got out of breath quickly. I stood up straighter and walked with a quick, jaunty gait. From then on, it was perfect. I hiked 2.5 miles on fairly level terrain. I was the only one using walking sticks, but it felt so great, I didn't care. I got a few "maybe I should get some of those" from older people.I woke up this morning and found (to my delight) that my muscles had that slightly sore feel of a good workout. Normally, wlking/hiking would just affect my legs. I can feel the workout in my arms, shoulders, pecs, lats, back, upper abs, lower abs, etc. Pretty much my whole upper body.The price was great. I like the 3 tips they have. One for dirt, one for walkways and another for snow. They are fully adjustable in 3 places. I didn't get on of mine tight enough, so one area got shorter. After adjusting and tightening well, it didn't happen again. I didn't try the wrist things. My hands didn't slip on the grip, but I could see where I could be possible. Maybe I'll get some hiking gloves (do they even make those?) with a sticky surface. My daughter and her 10 year old son use these. My 6 year old granddaughter enjoyed them, too. The grand children also used them for pole vaulting and sword fighting and trash pickup. They are light enough to carry.

I am pleased with these walking poles.They seem robust but not to heavy.They are easy to adjust to a suitable height and the twist mechanism means the adjustment holds well .They are good quality for the price.I like the carrying bag and you also get several different ends for the poles for to accommodate different weather conditions. snow, ice ext.Good value

Très bien mais des fois ils se rétractent....Attention à ne pas tomber en avantÉdit: les embouts en caoutchouc se détachent facilement et on les perds.Sinon, après une longue utilisation et de l'expérience, ils sont plutôt bien et remplissent leur fonction.
