This is a nice little charger with 5 charging ports. 3 x USB C and 2 x USB A.The maximum power varies depending on which ports are in use and in what combination. The packaging box it comes in has this detail on the side, and is also included in the little instruction leaflet. As a quick rule of thumb it looks like load from the top port downwards in regards to how much power is required. EG plug your laptop in the top USB C and your wireless earphones in the bottom USB A.The display updates about once a second and updates to .1 of a watt. This gives you a nice positive feedback when you plug in all your depleted accessories at the end of the day, and see that power drop the following morning after all are fully charged.I have not noticed any issues with heat when under heavy load for a long time, but I don't seem to have the power hungry devices to put a large stress on it. Even my laptop if a maximum of 65W, which is well within the limit of the 100W top USB C port. This comes with a little base that holds it firmly in the vertical position. The base also has a rubber seal on it to protect surfaces and stop it moving around. For those of us that throw out packaging and lose instructions, don't worry. The power usage for each port and the combinations for the ports is printed on the back of the charger. Just put your glasses on as it is in a small font.

I travel a decent amount and go out of the country as well. Carrying a charger for laptop and one for phone (or 5-6 chargers when traveling with family) is a hassle. I have been in situations where one bag is just full of chargers, docks and so on.For that reason, I have been purchasing dual or triple chargers at home that combines more than one chargers to one and allows me to charge two or three devices at a time. The challenge with most of these devices are:1. Most devices are 65 w total and if two devices are connected, tend to provide 45 watt at max through a port. That can work for ultrabooks but not heavy computes like Macs.2. They cannot charge two laptops at a time. At max, a laptop and a phone or three phones. This charger beats all of those devices left, right and center. I was able to charge my Mac Book Pro while two other phones connected to it. For the record, I have never been able to charge a MBP with a phone connected. The charger also includes a watt meter and shows how much wattage is being pulled. It may sound trivial but it is really really useful. See, most USB-C cables are not the same. I have a mix of 100 W thunderbolt cables, 60 watt power cables and 100 W power and data cables and always had to depend on my memory to track which is which. Esp, since they are in just two colors. I have had situations where I would connect a cable and it won't charge my MPB while running as that intel MBP wants 90 watts of power. This charger helps me identify the wattage capacity of a cable too as I was immediately able to see that my phone charger cable was 15 watts and there was a 30 watt cable too.At the price of below $20, I don't see a reason to buy any other charger.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:-140W Topadre GaN Charger-Power Cord-StandPRODUCT/THOUGHTS:This GaN Charger has a AC2 style prong connection that goes into the back of the unit. You get 5 Total USB Ports. 3 of them are USB-C that max out at 100W, and you get two USB-A ports.Obviously, you can’t pull 100W from each USB-C port if you are using all 3 ports. Your total wattage from each port will vary greatly depending on the combination of ports you using at the time.-I’ve included a picture of the back of the box that has a good breakdown of how the wattage will be for each of those combinations. But for general reference if you decided to use ALL of the Ports, All 3 USB-C and both USB-A ports your breakdown would be this:USBC1: 65WUSBC2: 30WUSBC3: 20WUSBA1: 12WUSBA2: 12WThis would all equal 139W.Your max volts and Amps on the USB C1-3 is 20V/5AYou get a small digital display on the top front of this device and it’ll show you the current wattage being pulled. I took a quick picture of my first test which was running a very small wattage of about 4.3-4.5 volts as an example. The more devices you are charging the more the total wattage on the display will show that. This thing supports a lot of new protocols like PPS (programmable power supply), QC5..etc. This is extremely useful as you’ll have more PPS based devices this year hitting the market.I used this thing to charge up a Laptop via USBC, Tablets, and Phones that support Samsung Fast charging. Everything was great. I like that it has a stand. It's a simple thing but because it's a larger device, it just keeps it nicer when you are trying to charge up so many things at once. I didn’t encounter any overheating issues, no odd heat anomalies, no charging problems. Everything worked as expected.

In my lower home office. I have a desk which has 2 USB power inputs. I've found that depending on what i'm doing or working on, I would have to plug in various adapters to charge things like a watch, laptop, phone, tablets etc. Saw this charger and opted to use it instead since it's multi versatile. I'm surprised how well it works for managing various devices simultaneously. I'm able to charge a watch while charging a tablet and my phone at the same time. It also has a nifty front readout which tells you how many watts you're outputting at any given time. It helps to see how fast your devices are actually charging. Interesting to see my watch only charges at around 1 W while my phone charges closer to around 14 W. etc. When I'm not using the charger I can unplug them and tuck the cords away giving me a cleaner desk situation. Since I'm not having to use "Power bricks" I'm not having to use a power strip or take up valuable real estate on my desk.

Sometimes you need more than a standard power “cube”. Like me…I always seem to have 3 or 4 devices that need to be charged at the same time. I’d prefer not to have to hunt around for a free cube. That’s where this device comes in handy.5 ports (2 USB-A, 3 USB-C) and a very nice digital readout that tells you how much power is being drawn at the time. Unplug it and toss it in the suitcase or day bag for travel. Easy. I love it!It’s in daily use for me.

Great travel charger. One of the standout features of this charger is its watt meter. This handy addition allows me to monitor the power consumption of my devices in real-time. The charger cable has 2 prongs, no 3rd ground prong, which does provide some flexibility with where you can plug in the charger. The charger claims to have over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, and overheating protection - in my tests it did not overheat but only time will tell if the built-in protection will withstand long-term use.
