DTMに詳しい友人に勧められて購入しました。これまで３万円ほどのオーディオインターフェースを使用しており、特に不自由はしていませんでしたが、DTM用のPC買い替えに合わせて、色々機器更新を検討しているところでした。正直値段に躊躇していましたが、友人が凄い熱量でこれを勧めてくるので、思い切って買ってみました。製品が到着し、PCに設定して、モニターヘッドホンをつけてとりあえずAmazon Musicで一曲かけてみて、一瞬で分かりました。音の解像度のあまりの違いに、思わず笑いが出ました。自分を説得してくれた友人に本当に感謝です。

ADI2単体ではマイクプリもtotalmixも使えないのでのDDCとして使用していますADI2のDAの音質と比較してしまったらADI2のほうが音質はいいですが、十分な音質です

初代Babyfaceを使っており大きなトラブルも無かったのですが乗り換えました。Macですが初代からの流れでドライバのインストールも不要で、すんなり認識。やはり初代から音質はしっかり向上しており、特に良かった点は耳に刺さるような高音が軽減しているところで、ある意味より上品（地味）になった感じるかもしれません。硬いと言えばそうかもですが、耳が疲れる、というほどでも無い気がします。一応4アウトでヘッドホンアウトを個別のアウトプットとしても使えますし（外部エフェクトを通すくらいなら音質も充分に感じます）、アマチュア宅録家としては大いに満足と言ったところです。まあお安くはないですが末永く使い倒したいと思います

オーディオインターフェース変遷は下記の通りです。Presonus studio24c → Antelope audio Zen Go → MOTU M2 → Zen Go → RME Babyface Pro FSZen Goでめちゃくちゃ音質に感動したものの「衝動買いしたな…」と少し後悔して売却、当時23400円だった「10万クラスの音」と評判のMOTU M2に変えたら正直微妙でZen Go買い直し。その後2年間お付き合いしましたが不安定ロープのランチャー不具合に悩まされ破局。ソフトウェアの安定性は大事だと深く学び、安定性に関して評判が高い当商品を購入しました。Zen Goは上品な音で解像度も高くかなーり好みの出音でした。本当にランチャーがごみofごみ。BabyfaceはZen Goと比べると硬質でクリアな音。リスニングはそこまで楽しくない。価格差程の音質の良さがあるかどうかは正直疑問が残ります。しかし、音の定位、音量的な余裕は圧っっっ倒的です。Zen Goを使っていて定位が悪いと感じたことはなかったですが、比較すると「悪い」と感じてしまいます。個人制作環境においては極めて優秀な機材だと思います。ミキサーソフトも便利です。コンプレッサーやエキスパンダーも使えたらな、UI古臭いな、ソフトで電源On/Offできたらな、HP端子の出力統一してほしいな、コード繋げた時の見た目ダサいな、とか色々不満はありますが、音で納得させてくれる説得力があります。これ以上値上がりする前に買っちゃいましょう！

長年使ってきたSteinberg UR28Mからの買い替えです。Babyface pro fs の音質については多くの記事で書かれている通り、極めて解像度が高くなっています。リスニング環境はMSP5 Studio、CD-900ST、ATH-WS1100とそれほど高級な機材を使っている訳でもないですが、それでも明確すぎるくらいに違いが良くわかります。一部の記事では他のメーカーの15～20万円の機種に匹敵するほどの性能をこの製品に詰め込んだともありますが、それも納得できるくらいに満足度は高いですね。まあRME製品は全般に評価が高いですが。購入の際には先にPCにドライバをインストールしてから接続し、再起動してから使用できるようになります。なお音量はデフォルトで50％くらいとかなり大きくなっていたので、初めてスピーカーやヘッドホンを接続する前には故障防止のためにあらかじめ音量を下げておいてから接続し、スピーカーの電源を入れる必要はあると思います。この手の音響機器を扱う人でそういった心構えがない人もまず居ないとは思いますが。標準で電源アダプターは付属してこないのでバスパワー駆動で使っていますが、今のところ音質に不満はありません。ヘッドホン、モニタースピーカーとも実に調子よく良い音で鳴ってくれています。すでに高級なオーディオインターフェースをお使いの方にはあまり恩恵がないかもしれませんが、現在１～２万円くらいのものを使用していて買い替えを検討しているのであれば十分に候補にして良い製品であると思いました。私もこの製品を買うまでにもっと高価な機種の方が良いかと悩みましたが、今にして思えばもっと早く導入しておけば良かったと後悔しているくらいです。それくらいコスパは良いですね。持ち運んで使う人も多いと思いますが、宅録専門の方でも普通にコレを長年使っていても全く問題ないと思います。2021年5月現在ではまだ品薄の状況が続いていますが、Amazonでは平日の昼０～１時の間にわずかに各ショップで在庫品が出回ることがあるので（私もそのタイミングで5月18日に10万5千円で購入しました）、すぐに欲しいなら時々ページを覗いてみると良いでしょう。

評判通りです。安定性、音質など安心感があります。Macbook Pro (Retina 15inch, Mid 2015)で使用できなかったとのレビューがありますが正常に動作しています。（Totalmix Fireface USB Settings共に)

ド素人の自分はゲーム配信を趣味でしていますが、AG03mk2からこちらに変更しました。音質はかなーり良いのでしょう？が、いまいちよくわかりませんでした。（マイクTLM103　ヘッドホンk702)色々設定イジれる人向けなのかな？素人はＡＧ０３ｍｋ２はっきりわかんだね

Maybe early to review, but so far so good. Bought an Audient iD24 -- would not allow guitar and room speakers to play -- only headphone and guitar -- sent it back -- bought a MOTU UltraLite-mk5 for $300 more and it's drivers refused to integrate with my (almost new) PC i7 computer. Sent it back. Then shelled out another extra $300 or so and bought theRME Audio Interface (BABYFACEPROFS) -- and this guy is truly plug and play and sounds ultra sweet. Not doing cartwheels over the cost of it, but absolutely loving the sound and ease of use of it.

La compré pidiendo la recomendación de chat gpt y tremenda… esta interfaz va muy bien con mi unidad de procesador amd lo cual no pasaba con la apollo de ua ya que tenia varios bugs y problemas con los drivers en fin tuve muchos problemas y compré esta babyface pro por su estabilidad y gran calidad y hasta ahora todo fluido. " update to the below review : the unit has failed within 1 month & the analog speaker outputs are not functioning. Unbelievable disappointment for such a premium price product ( RS 66,000!). have contacted for warranty replacement or refund, will change my rating based on their response. "UPDATE : contacted support & the unit is functioning again after re-installing the drivers.I purchased this as an upgrade from my aging 8 year old roland octacapture. that had 8 inputs & had most of the features found in RME's totalmix. its been only 15 days since i purchased it , so here are my thoughts :1. Preamp quality : its not an oh-my-god kind of upgrade from the octacapture. i recorded high end acoustic guitars & elec gtr amps with it. the difference is subtle. tells u how good the octa is , for its price. however, i found a marked difference when amplifying piezo pickups from acoustic guitars. the octa used to have a lot of noise ( maybe bcos its 8 years old?), but the RME is dead silent even with the preamps at max, for piezo inputs.2. headphone outs : it has 2 of them , both sound great. i even used one of them to drive my elec guitar amp & it worked well.3. main outs: only xlr outputs available here. had to buy one cable just for this. no normal TS line outs.4. Its fully bus powered : makes it very portable, but I am yet to use it in any live/stage situation to say whether its a good or bad thing. i know that audio interfaces with pure-usb bus power are unusable on stage, bcos the power supply in stages are usually "dirty" & add unbearable noise into the laptop's USB port. if i get a chance to go on stage after covid ends, i will update my review.5. aesthetics : product should get minus points in this regard. it looks like some medical equipment from the 80s , rather than the UA apollo's sexy look (which is near this price range).6. Drivers : for all the hype about RME drivers, i am not able to get any better performance over the octacapture on my cmputer. its still the same 256 samples at 96k on both devices. anything lower, & the audio breaks up usually. my studio computer has a xeon processor, so not sure whats the deal with many people claiming online that they get 64 or 48 samples on the RME. I use it for guitar amps , drum vsts etc in ableton live & the audio would break up if going below 256 samples in most projects, other than the simple ones with just one or guitar tracks.i use the device purely in DAW mode . i have not used the standalone mode to review or comment on it. lastly, i could use the device with my iphone . it works now like a high quality DAC for playing back high-res audio from apple music.time wil tell if the RME was a wise purchase or a vanity.
