I normally and have never written a single review to any orders that I purchased online from any website. But here is my first review for this very product. I'm from Japan and I'm very satisfied with my recent purchase from this shop. The quality is excellent—fresh, authentic, and exactly what I needed. There was a bit of confusion at first because I wasn’t sure where the package had been placed after delivery, but I really appreciate how quickly and responsibly your shop responded to my inquiry. Your helpful communication and care really show me you care about your products ane customers. Thank you for your support and great service. I look forward to shopping with you again!

レンチンする時にこのスパイスをかけておくと、食欲が出ます。密閉容器に入れて保存してます。

私の中で、ベストオブガラムマサラになりました。風味豊かで良かったです。辛さは自分でチリペッパーで調整すればいい感じの辛さです。

Beware: this garam masala contains chili pepper, although it is unlisted as an ingredient! I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 since the seller refunded me. However, I was unhappy because I specifically bought this powder because it said it did NOT contain chili pepper, which some of us are allergic to! I reached out with my complaint and the manufacturer told me that is DOES in fact contain chili pepper, but because it is less than 5%, Japan law does not require them to list an ingredient. This kind of concealed information is very dangerous for people with allergies! I consider it an unethical practice to not list all ingredients, because it could be very harmful to people! For example, my mother-in-law had a terrible allergy to cinnamon, even if she just touched it, her finger would swell up to four times its size! If she were to swallow it, her throat would close up and she could die! But by "law" cinnamon wouldn't have to be listed if it were less than 5%! That's crazy! Japan needs to change this dangerous law! But until they do, manufacturers need to take it upon themselves to be completely transparent and honest about their ingredients to PROTECT their customers, and put consumers first above the minimum requirements of the law.

漏れてたわけでもないのに配達された袋の外までスパイシーに香ってました笑とりあえず一摘みほど卵焼きに混ぜて焼いてみましたが熱すると余計に香り立つのでとても食欲をそそる匂いです♪これから色々な料理に使ってみたいと思います
