クリック：4隅のどこでもいいので適当に押すと反応。ボタンではないが適度なクリック感あり、軽く押しても反応するので良い。ボール：滑らかに軽く回る。良い。スクロール：ボールの水平回転。「カチカチ」音が鳴るが、トラックのローリングではなく、スクロールモードになっているのがわかりやすく、個人的には気に入った。中クリック：初期設定はなぜか左上ボタンに。これだとCADなどで押しにくい。中ボタン押しながらボールを回せるように、薬指側の右上ボタンに変更。ボタン部が広いので、右上中クリック＋トラックボールがCAD操作にも合う。その他：いろいろなトラックボールマウスと性能をABCランクで比較してみた（添付画像）。スコアは廃版のKensignton Orbit Fusionに次いで良い。今手に入るトラックボールマウスでは最高ランク！買って良かったと思える品。欠点：ボールを動かし始めの際、マウスポインタ―がボールのスピード通りに反応しないことがある。しばらくすると直る。おそらくトラックボール・マウスドライバーの問題と予想。ここは改善してほしいところ。

初トラックボールとして購入しました。はじめは戸惑いましたが、２日目には慣れました。純正ソフトを使い、同時押しでのショートカットを登録することでさらに扱いやすさが増しました。アマゾンアウトレットで購入し、想定通りレビューによく書かれている擦れ音のする個体でしたが、ボールをはめる部分の清掃、ワセリンの塗布、ボールへもワセリンを塗布することで解決しました。擦れ音を理由に使用を諦めるのは非常に勿体ないと感じさせてくれる素晴らしいマウスです。

先ず見た目のインパクトが強い、マウスと比べてでかい代わりに操作性能は場所を取らない設計となっております。好みで意見がそれぞれあるとおもうが個人的には造作の美しさを感じます。音楽関係のデスク上によく見かけるトラックボール。慣れて仕舞えば快適に作業がこなせます。見た目より実用的でした。

デザインがすごく好みで、トラックボールってどんな感じなんだろうと気になって買ってみました。最初はちょっと慣れが必要でしたが、カーソルの動きもスムーズで使い心地は悪くないです。ただ、使っているうちにボールが少し引っかかるような感じがして、回すとキュッキュッと音がするのが少し気になります。調べたら、定期的に掃除したほうがいいみたいですね。そういうメンテナンスがちょっと面倒だな…と思って星3つにしました。Bluetoothで使えるのは便利だし、デスク周りもすっきりしていいんですけど、正直そこまでの感動はなかったかなというのが本音です。でも、見た目重視で選ぶ人にはアリだと思います！

2024.08にスリムブレード(以降SBT)購入しました。2025.02にスリムブレードPROレッド(以降SBP)を購入しました。どちらも良い機種かと思います。以降比較レビューです。私は右手にSBP、左手にSBTを使用しています。どちらも良い機種だと思います。そして両機種について有線以外に異なる点がいくつかあったので報告します。第一に商品画像ページをよく見ると記載確かにありますが、本体寸法が異なります。特に高さ方向がSBT60mmに対し、SBP56mmです。そのためSBTのほうが、通常左右クリックに該当する板部分に傾斜があるように、感じます。さらに寸法について不思議なことがあります。SBPグレー・レッドとスリムブレードPROホワイト(以降ホワイト)の商品画像ページの寸法値を比較すると差異があります。ホワイトはSBTと同じ寸法となっております。所持していませんので比較できませんが、クリック感や手を乗せた感覚はホワイトこそSBTを無線化したものかもしれません。第二にスクロールについてです。個人の感想なのかもしれませんが、SBPの方が断然スクロールしやすいです。高速スクロール風もやりやすいです。なんとなくスクロール動作として読込む範囲が広がっているような感覚になります。しかしながら弊害としてカーソル移動がもたつく範囲が広がっているような違和感が確かに感じられております。これがホワイトの場合に、寸法の同じSBT風なのか、SBP風スクロールなのか気になりますね。

メディアを読み込めませんでした。Very disappointed. First of all, I believe my unit may have been a return that amazon re-dispatched as the seal was semi-detached.This product is expensive, but what it promised I needed. I have an injury to the tendons on my right hand from a motorbike accident that makes clicking mouse buttons for a long duration difficult and also RSI in my wrist and forearm.I can use my thumb to click the pad on the lower left and my third and little finger to click the pad on the upper right. My index, first and third fingers drive the ball. Thumb trackballs still space my thumb and first finger too far apart and still require me to click the buttons with my injured first finger.The first issue I have with this trackpad are that the ball often sticks and you have to sometimes re-spin it up to get it to move smoothly. The little white traction pads on the inside are not up to the job and cause unnecessary friction. This unit cannot be operated smoothly consistently or be used for precision tasks without causing an undue amount of frustration.The second issue is related. The scroll function is performed by turning the ball within its cradle as if it were a dial flush against the units surface. This is a great idea, in principle rather than practice as the scroll motion often goes undetected. It is also far from smooth for web scrolling. However, the most frustrating issue is the friction this motion causes against the guides in the cradle. It squeaks, sometimes incredibly loudly. I have uploaded a video that demonstrates this, and it gets worse towards the end. This is after a thorough clean of both the ball and the cradle, and it does get worse the longer into a session you get. I've heard of other users complaining about this issue, but given the wealth of positive reviews I thought it perhaps an anomaly.Finally, the software and unit don't play 100% well with the latest Mac studio and OS. There are a few minor bugs and issues with switching DPI while cabled that I'm sure will be ironed out in future updates, but this particular constellation of issues has led to the unit falling massively short of the promises made in the production description and the expectations set by the high price point. I consider the motion issues and friction to be faults in either the build or design.Returned for a full refund.In its place I bought the new Apple Magic Trackpad. I can turn on the "tap" function so I no longer have to click to select or open menus. I can also use my index finger for most motions and the added functionality "gestures" means that my hand is rarely, if ever, over stressed.

I've been using these since 1992! First used on a very early Mac.Back then you could buy a gift pack with 4 or 5 different coloured rollerballs to swap out - sadly not any more, although they should bring them back.This ball is great for content creators, graphic designers especially as the ball has the weight of a billiard ball, meaning when you flick to roll it has momentum that carries it across your screen rapidly.. great for zooming across from one part of your design to another, speeding up your work, minutely, but every second counts right?Had an earlier USB higher profiled version of this that elevated the wrist somewhat & gave me a form of RSI - so beware, you do need to take a breather from them. However this slimline version doesn't impact my wrist as much as earlier models do.So highly recommend this device.Customer support is great, one Bluetooth model I purchased some yrs back stopped working... they replaced it immediately.

I was using logi Ms ergo before this, but started getting strains on my thumb are 3+ years of use.I was going to just buy another ms ergo since my button stopped working but I thought I would really fully commit to the trackball design and found this was well recommended by everyone for ergonomics and ease of use.After receiving the first 5 hours of work (spanning over 2 working day) was a bit awkward. But since I'm familiar with trackball system It was still manageable to get my work done (I do lot of cad and graphic work). But the awkwardness was really from the slight change in hand position and the changing from using thumb to using index for navigation. It's the feeling you get when you learn something new. Like kicking ball with left foot instead of right.But the learning curve was quick and after adapting, I switched back to my old mouse for some activities to check and can immediately see the difference.This one gets the job done faster and helps productivity more than my old mouse.Though I must say, after 3-4 days of using. I realised that I need to get the wrist support. As I found my arms were getting tired because of the natural position your hand has to assume to use this mouse.After getting the wrist support it is perfect.

This is the best mouse I’ve ever used, I’ll admit it took a bit of getting used to, but once you do you’ll never go back. Only one recommendation I would say is get a hand rest to get place behind it and you won’t get any rsi.Functionality wise, there are a few different sensitivity settings which are very useful for different programs. Has wired, wireless, and Bluetooth connectivity, which I use as wireless. The battery life says 4 months, although I’m not using it everyday I have definitely got more out of it.Fantastic product!!
