8月中旬に購入しましたが、10月中旬に突然電源が入らなくなりました。デザイン、サイズ、性能が良く気に入っていたので有料で修理しようと思い、公式ホームページから修理店を問い合わせました。しかしながら、10日経っても何も返事がありません。良い製品だけにとても残念です。やはりこのサイズは無理があるのでしょうか。当たりハズレはあるかと思いますが、私としては０点です。

Sadly, my 3 month old Geekom wouln’t power on anymore, probably a random defective power supply. I contacted Geekom customer support and they promptly sent me a new replacement that arrived in a few days. They even shipped it from their warehouse before I had time to ship the defective one back!This all began a few days before Christmas and they were still able to get the new one to me on the 28th, by shipping immediately, to help with the slower USPS and Amazon holiday shipping times.Geekom is awesome and I love my new working again GT12 Pro!! And thank you Shirley for your kindness and help!!

Boots up fast!! This is the i9 processor with plenty of memory and ssd drive 1tb. Quiet. The only minor complaint is only a few USB ports. (A hub solves this).

Was as described, was amazed at what this little box does. New monitor. Was able to totally de clutter my desktop, the one where this little thing sits. Very satisfied and would recommend to friends.

I had several issues with the machine and changed this msg a few times to be accurate as I always try to be, this Intel is extremely delicate, it needs a fan pointing to it to cool down and you need to keep an eye on it, it builts dust on the opening easily so you also need to be in a totally aseptic environment, I got a very good deal because mine was late and defective originally and got lost in mail detained by snow, service department was cooperative after the incident but unfortunately it is not always like that, I tested the limits of the machine and it gave me trouble again and now they want me to send it back from my pocket to be tested and to wait for a new one, I had extended time by Amazon to return the machine in case of trouble and I received the original 7:days after the date reflected, I should have still month and a half to return it FOR FREE according to the original contract that I have saved properly, I am permanently disabled and need now to pay Uber and service to send it back, Let's see how it goes...Ok new development, after loosing about $75 paying Uber back and forth to the UPS store plus the fee of a friend that has functioning legs but no car, they are not sending my new mini PC until they test mine, so I keep waiting which is also illegal according to the original contract, I wait and keep posting everywhere, check Google and others for updates. I will keep posting again and again as a good contributor of REAL AND HONEST feedbackUpdate: 4 days that they received the defective mini pc back and not even a tracking number of the replacement that was promised on the second day, this is looking worse and worse every day, not even the shipping fee, nothing, all lies after lies, unfortunately, do not buy from Geekom or this distributorUpdate: 5 days from returning the mini pc and not a return of the postage or a tracking number or anything, Geekom administration chose to stop even answering, no explanation of any kind, I have months to protest, let's see how far they go...Pc finally arrived yesterday, on a damaged molded cardboard (not a shipping problem, box was undamaged outside) see photos, called Amazon they recognized my 3 months to return that I got for buying it on the Hollidays and my 3 years of warranty (follow the line of mishaps up and you will find all of this) I am not going to pay again to take it back to UPS to send it but I am not going to take this mess, the inside of the box was partially destroyed ,I have time , they suggested to let them take care of the situation, let's see what is next.

Sleep Mode and yet the connections and fan continue running. I knew heat dissipation (less than 90W) would require lots from the fan for thermal management. It has been operating for a few days and it is in my living room driving the main TV - so I am not very thrilled listening to the fan whir and surge for cooling all day & night. Maybe these mini's aren't for everyone.
