持ち歩き用には小さくて良いと思います。家においておくにはもう少し大きい方が使いやすいです。

朱肉というと、ドロッとした粘土のようなものというイメージがありますが、これはとても軽く、コンパクトに作られています。ハンディなので、鞄の中に忍ばせておいても大丈夫です。外で仕事をする機会の多いビジネスパーソンにはオススメの一品です。

I like that it is small and fits into my "sumie" art pack; I most like the container that i don't have to screw and take off lid; Japanese quality plus, isn't watery at all and easy to use with my "inkan".

Unlike the sponge-textured ink pads, this one produces clear, crisp outlines. Its original purpose is for hanko, usually carved from wood or stone, but I'm using it with stamps I hand-carved from erasers. It's head and shoulders above any other stamp pad I've used, and I think it is also refillable, so while it's pricey up-front, I expect it to be worth the investment over time.
