I first experienced this coffee on a trip to Japan, and just had to get some for home. Basically, each bag is a self contained drip coffee machine. You attach to your cup with built in paper fasteners, tear along a perforated strip to open up the coffee bag and slowly pour hot water into the bag, which then drips into the cup. The flavor is easily as good as Keurig or Dunkin' Donuts with lest environmental impact, and, when you consider the cost of Keurig and Dunkin', each cup is more affordable. Also, best way to make coffee out doors if you have a hot water source.
