メディアを読み込めませんでした。ソーラー式防犯カメラを購入した次は最近、車の窃盗も多発してますのでドーム型の自動追跡を追加しました。画像も鮮明ですしゲンボルトの防犯カメラ6台に我が家は守られてますので安心出来ます。取り付けも同じメーカーで統一してますので設定から取り付けまで20分もかからず楽に防犯対策ができました。購入から発送まで迅速に対応して頂きありがとうございました。

値段のわりには良いカメラだと思う。他社を抜きん出て性能が良いだろう。ワシはリピートして１０台以上同じカメラを使用している。犯罪の証拠として画像を警察に提供することが可能で、真っ暗でもモノクロながら撮影が出来ていた。

パソコンでもスマホでも映像が確認でき、大変便利ですこの価格でこの性能は安かったと思います

スマホのアプリは良いとは言えずそこそこ使えるレベルpC版が悪くて汎用のソフト、パスワードが次回立ち上げると違うと言うし買って損したって現在です

自動追尾の速度もフォーカスも悪い、反応が悪い、それでも2万円もしたのだからと使っていた。しかし、たった半年で何も反応しなくなった。商品名にメーカーが書いていない商品は買わない方がいい。特にここのような粗悪品を置いているショップからは買ってはいけない。※このあとショップレビューにも記載する購入後、電源確保などさらに数万円かかるが、半年で壊れる覚悟があれば購入しても良いと思う。

Unfortunately I wrote a negative review at first because I found the manual difficult to follow and the customer service very slow in replying and the help just kept referring to the manual which I struggled with anyway. I was going to return the camera, but persisted for a while longer. Which I am very glad I did. What I didnt know at first is that if you are not using a computer with your camera, and just a mobile then the whole thing is very easy. But why not just write this in a note with camera? Anyway if you are like me and just using the camera then here is what to do, so you wont have to suffer like I did and you will be set up in 5 minutes.First of all download the app, there are many to choose from, but choose the CAMHI app through Play store. Connect the camera directly to your router and through the app open up barcode scanner, and scan the barcode on your camera, this will automatically set everything up in seconds, all you need to do where prompted, is select your wifi and enter password. Its as simple as that. You can then completely unplug it, install it at its location and it will still have all the settings. Make sure before you drill any holes, just use an extension lead to get to where the camera wants to be, plug the camera in to test it can get its wifi signal from your router before you start your installation. Foe email picture alerts, also very very difficult if you dont know how. From their website downloads, make sure you download the configure email alarm pdf. And then you have a step by step guide how to do it. The problem I found here though is it will only work with yahoo, so if you have not got a yahoo account, open one, and this is where you will receive your alarm pic emails. Use this email for both sending and recieving the alert in your email set up on your telephone.. Now you know what I didnt, its very very easy and a fantastic piece of kit. So good that I am going to buy more now, and recommend to my friends also. I have to point out that in GenBolts defence, the delay in reply was due to Chinese holidays, but with the info I have supplied you will not need them. Good Luck and enjoy your new camera

Was looking for a WI-FI camera so I could monitor back garden while at work ..I had bought a cheaper camera without SD card option... this was a mistake as it used up my phone memory.(Better option buy with a SD card slot..)This camera is well built, excellent powder coating finish ... so will stay looking good for years;Fitting the SD card - you need to open (Hex key supplied) the assembly to slide the card on to the PCB..not difficult but is a bit fiddly, would be good if manual showed you how to install it.... I kinda guessed ...found the set up to be easy although had to 'squint' at the manual, difficult to read .. maybe a bigger text would help;Excellent options once camera up and running...Clear defined video and pictures..All in all a very good IP camera....going to buy another for front of house ... :>)

This is so simple to set up and use.I dont really understand the issues people are having.Granted, the instructions are written by a non-native English speaker (chinese?) but if you follow them in sequence you should be fine.Plug the LAN cable into the camera and the back of your router, install the CamHi app on your phone or use the Windows software to find and configure the camera for use on your WiFi.Installation of the SD card as others have said is easy but means that the security/tamper seal gets broken.I use the iPhone App which is excellent for accessing all the camera settings and on which you can review a live feed, standard recordings (mine is set to record 10 minute blocks of video) and the motion detected alarm videos.Note that the web interface is a bit arhcaic and to get ALL of the settings you HAVE to use internet explorer; an example is the motion detection windows that you can set to have the camera monitor a certain area can only be set using Internet Explorer, the option simply fails to appear under Chrome or Edge browsers - though this is not really a major issue since all Windows installs have Ie.This is a fantastic camera for the price.

Picture quality is very good as is night vision. Most of the setting up is very easy. Only difficult bit I found was setting up the email . Took me 3 days but more down to my not following the instructions. But when you literally follow them to the letter it does work well.

Works well but not intelligent. Too sensitive, records on any movement whether it be man or beast or swaying leaves or rain drops. I suppose you get what you pay for. Hopefully it proves to be a deterrent for those ‘up to no good’ and if so, worth every penny.
