孫のプレゼントとして購入しました。お値段もお手頃で良い買い物だと思っています。少し残念だったのがカゴが思ったより小さめで孫も少しがっかりしていました。その他は、とても気に入ってもらい喜んでいました。。

2時間くらいで組み立てられましたが、右のペダルがポロッと取れてしまいます。初期不良品なので交換して欲しいと問い合わせていますが、全然返信が来ないので星一つにしました。子供がどうしてもこれがイイとの事で購入しましたが、やっぱり自転車屋さんで買った方が良かったです。

可愛いが組み立てが難しい。できなかった為、自転車屋さんにお願いしたところ、作りが甘く危険な自転車と言われました…

取説と動画の手順どうりに組み立てましたが、ブレーキまわりの部品が不良品のようでした。自転車屋に持ち込み、調整してもらいましたが子どもが乗るものなので、不具合は嫌ですね。ネットで自転車は買わないようにします！

他の方もおっしゃっているように、右側のペダルがすぐ外れて、何度つけ直しても外れます。元々出来上がっていた部分が外れるので不良品だと思いましたが返品・交換ができません。せっかくのサンタからのクリスマスプレゼントでしたがクリスマス当日に壊れました。ほんとに自転車は自転車屋さんなどお店で買った方が良いです。ブレーキも何度調整してもタイヤに干渉してキーキーなります。またブレーキを握るところも少し遠い感じがします。小学校低学年の娘ですがブレーキが握りづらいようです。まさか星1つのレビューのようなものが当たるとは思っていなかったのでとても残念です。きっと当たり外れがあるのでしょうが…。

Lovely bike.Good quality. Well packed (even a pair of gloves). Easy to asambley. The important mechanism (back wheel with speed system and brakes) was werry well pre-asambled.

This is the best bike I bought for my 7 year old granddaughter so far. It has all the safety features and it looks great. It is easy to ride and is lightweight and great workmanship. Thank you

The bike is exactly what we were looking for, simple, light and easy to ride. The package says it is 26 lb but our scale actually shows it weighs less, around 22 lb, and we got the 20” wheel size. We tried many bikes in local shops but they were either too heavy or did not fit very well. So glad we finally found this. The look is a bonus, it is the prettiest bike I’ve seen! The assembly wasn’t too painful, took less than an hour (for someone who is familiar with simple tasks like how to adjust the brakes, etc.).The reason that I gave four stars is that the chain was not adjusted well, it was too tight and pedaling made a ticking sound. Costumer service was responsive helping us to diagnose the problem but without proper tools it is not easy to fix it to the right length. We will need to take it to a bike shop to fix it, but I guess that is the downside of buying online, tuning the bike is not covered. But all in all we are happy with the purchase.

This is a cute bike but after less than a month of light use, the front wheel collapsed while my daughter was riding it. She went to brake and the front wheel was stuck in the brace and threw her over the handlebars. Sure enough, the wheel is completely malformed. Company is unable to be reached. The chat says “too busy” and the emails won’t send from their site. I’m taking it to a local bike shop today to buy a new wheel and tire but what a joke.Update: emailed company and finally got a response back saying they would ship the wheel “soon.” So I emailed a week later asking. No response. So then chatted, and when I asked they ended the chat!
