切れ味は良いが、予想通り重いので操作が大変。

木の剪定用に購入。すごく良く切れる。テンションの張り方も簡単。延長の棒？は、とても軽い。ただ伸ばした状態での固定に難があるかも。緩んで勝手に短くなる時がある。バッテリーは20分程度連続使用で突然切れる。その頃には、自分が疲れるので丁度良い。18vのバッテリーは使えないと思った方が良い。パワーが全く足りなく感じる。総合的にお勧め商品です。

ハンディタイプのみでは良く切れますチェーンもたるみも、簡単に直せるから満足してますなぜかポールを使うと、パワーが落ちるし途中で止まるそもそもポールに付けると重い初めて使うとき、チェーンソー油がカラなので入れてから使用しないと壊れますしかし、バッテリー２つや替刃もあり買っても良いと思います

使い勝手良く、役に立ちます。欠点をあげれば、高所用のアタッチメントは重いです。あと、バッテリーの予備があれば尚良しだったかな。

1〜3センチ位の枝を3〜4本切ると、チェーンが緩んでしまいその度に締め直さなければならず、問い合わせをしたら、高速回転するから仕方ないとの返答。一応使えるがとても手がかかる。チェーンのカバーのネヂも早々に取れてしまった。

粘り強く、良く切れますがソーチェンの張り調整ネジが毎回緩みます工具レスはありがたいが一般的な工具を使うネジ仕様のモデルが選択できれば嬉しいっす

自宅裏庭４ｍ程の木を伐採しました。伐採した木がそれほど固い品種でも無かったためか、10cm径の幹もスムーズに切れました。バッテリー2個で1時間程度作業出来ました。高枝ロッド使用は最初てこずりましたが、地面と刃が水平になるよう角度を調整すると無駄な力を入れず切断できました。以前利用した小型エンジンチェーンソーと比較し１．住宅街でも気兼ねなく利用できる音量。２．片手で継続可能できるほど軽量で扱いやすい。（ハンディーで使用時）３．最高馬力は落ちるが立ち上がりが早いので気軽に利用できる。粗い切断で良ければ、のこぎりの様な気軽さで使えるように感じました。

Purchased this to do a bit of a clean up in the front and back yard. I've never used an chainsaw in my life so this was a whole other experience for me. Because of that, I'm not sure if my complaints are "normal" or if I'm using it incorrectly or if they are a product defect.My only complaints are that this takes a considerable time to charge and the battery has a short life.

I have a four inch chainsaw like this, but wanted a bit more reach. This one came with the chain already installed and the tension was perfect. I like that you can change the tension with just a turn of the knob. Battery charged fairly quick and it cut through a four inch limb like butter so happy with performance. I wish it came with a bag or case to store all the extras. I appreciate the inclusion of a small bottle so you can keep your bar and chain oil with the saw. The only issue I've run into is the safety is on the right side and I'm left handed. My smaller chainsaw doesn't have a safety button so I didn't even consider that when purchasing this one, but I wish I had because it makes it awkward to use and I usually end up having to use two hands to start it.

My family won't let me use a big girl chainsaw for fear of injury but didn't argue about this one. Light weight but still a great tool. I am able to trim branches that are about 2 inches in diameter. My fall and spring garden clean up is SO much simpler now. Comes with so much and the instructions are clear and concise. Love using it.
