ハリオのドリッパーV60は複数所有しており、もう10年以上毎日のように使っているのですが、前々から有名なバリスタさんの動画を見て気になっていた抽出方をやはりしてみたくなりついにスイッチの購入となりました。名前の通りスイッチひとつで浸漬と透過式の切り替えができるのが楽しく好みのコーヒーが簡単に淹れられます。せっかくですのでこの機会に無限フィルターも一緒に購入してみました。無限スイッチが簡単にできます。

3分浸漬してから排出孔を開け、一気にカップにコーヒーが注がれる瞬間は爽快です。通常のペーパー濾過より味わい深いコーヒーになる感じがします。ただ厚みのあるガラス容器なので、事前に充分温めないとでき上がりが少し冷めてしまいます。ウォーマー併用が必要かも。その点を含め星3としました。

コーヒーを淹れるのに今までは何度かに分けてお湯を落としていましたが、この商品は一気にお湯を注いで時間を待つだけ。簡単で良いです。ただ、円錐形のフィルターの４杯入れのものがどこにでも置いてあるっていうものではないのがマイナス１ですね。

スイッチを上手く使うことで、浸漬法 or 浸漬法と透過法 or 透過法の組み合わせ抽出ができる。まあ、透過法使用ならば、専用ドリッパーの方が小型軽量なんだけど…。厚いガラスが使用されているので、重いのと温めるのに時間がかかるので、そこら辺を気にする人はどうかと…。個人的には、浸漬法と透過法を組み合わせた、蒸らしと抽出量の半分を浸漬法で、それを落とした後は透過法で使用するのが、コクがありつつも一番後味のスッキリしたものになる気がする。洗い場所を取るし、大きいので、出動回数は少なくなってますけど…。

バリスタのYouTubeを見ていたらこの商品でコーヒーを入れていたので購入しました。厚めのガラスでできていて割れにくいと感じました。コックの開閉によりコーヒーの淹れ方の変化ができるため、いろいろ楽しみながら使っています。

What would it be today? A pour over or an immersion coffee... So Simple and genious, the switch allows you to dp both with one gear. And combined both.... personnally I always starts with blooming then a small immersion and finally with swtch finally open a traditional pour over... This gear allows very consistent and replicable coffee extraction... made of glass , it is very durable and will give you years of perfectly brewed coffee... A must have for all coffee lovers

The glass material is nicer than the clever drippers plastic materials. I bought this because the little feet and lid both broke on my clever dripper. I loved it but this is a great replacement. I love the switch and experimenting with different recipes that mix immersion and drip filter.

I would highly recommend this if you are using a plastic v60. Since plastic and heat aren't a really good pair. This brewer is extremely versatile and it's very easy to get good immersion and pourovers from it.My recipe: 1:15 coffee to water.Bloom with 3x the water of the amount of coffee you took, switch open. Wait 30s to 60s, pour 50% water with switch open. Let most of the water flow through. Then if you want a bolder cup close the switch and pour the rest of the water and wait 2-3 mins, if you prefer a pour over like cup with subtle flavours popping out more distinctly, don't close the switch and let the water flow like you would in a normal v60.Enjoy!
