We were about to receive it after 5 days but unfortunately we had a very important thing that weekend(They only deliver in our area every weekend). So we asked if they can reschedule. We received it the next weekend. What’s good about their delivery is that they have an English speaking operator. She’s the one who helped us with the delivery. During the day of the delivery, the delivery man called and told us that his ETA is at 9am. He also called us in English. That’s a very big help for us.About the crime prevention registration, they messaged me about it. I was worried at first because I checked the reviews about it. But with mine, there’s a sticker that it is already registered(But in Hyogo Prefecture?). But the address in the paper is my address so I think it’s fine. So I just need to get a bicycle insurance in 7/11.About the bicycle, no scratches and everything works fine. It’s my first time to use it today to my work and son’s school. I’m really happy about it. I’m still learning because I don’t really use bicycle that much. It’s my first time to use electric and so far, so good! It’s a little bit heavy to lock the wheel but I think I will be able to figure it out soon. Haha! I bought panasonic basket cover and rain cover. Plus the Maruto Rain cover for child seat. It’s perfect with this gyutto mamachari!

全体的にしっかりした作りで、品質も良いです。特にスタピタ機能があり、駐輪時に前輪が固定されるので安心感があります。ただ、普通の自転車とは違い、最初はこの動きに少し慣れが必要でした。使い続けると問題なく、快適に乗れています。

Good service. On time delivery. Delivery person coordinated well. Delivery company was in touch till I receive the product. Overall very good service and product quality as well.

子供16kgを乗せた状態で停めようとすると、前輪が浮いてしまい、うまく停められません。登り坂ならうまく行きますが、少しでも緩い下り斜面があったり、地面がタイルだったりすると全く停められません。スタンドが滑って危ないです。

配送が心配でしたが、当日朝ヤマトから電話が来て在宅確認、トラックから降ろし、段ボールを全て剥がし持ち帰ってくださったので助かりました。充電も2/5されている状態だったので試乗程度なら。防犯登録シールもついていて、Panasonicの商品登録も出来て簡単でした。思っていた以上に電動が軽くて漕がなくても進む。

チャイルドシートが付いている自転車で個人的に気にするポイントとしては、シートを支えるリヤキャリア部分がどうなっているかだと思っている。キャリアの接続部がボルト固定の後付けになっていて、シートを支えるキャリア部が細い場合、振動での分解や強度に不安を感じてしまう。しかしながら、この自転車はボディと一体化し、太さのあるキャリアとなっており、非常に安心感がある。キャリアが壊れるときは、そもそも自転車本体が壊れるレベル。もちろん、そういうボディは本体重量も重くなるが、電動なので心配なし。いい商品です。
