イシガキ 炊飯 土鍋

うちの炊飯器は時間がかかるし 直火専用土鍋もありますが… ずっとレンチンできるのを探してて よーく考えて購入しました。早速 レシピ通りに2合の無洗米を浸水時間も守り 500wで13分 チンして10分蒸らす をしました。ふっくらツヤツヤで とっても美味しく炊けました!ウチはもう少し硬めが好きなので 2回目は直接土鍋に15分浸水し 600wで12分(計算では11.7分)→10分蒸らす。 と～っても美味い!!クチコミにあるように ご飯粒がもったいないなぁってくらい残っちゃうけど土鍋あるあるなので しょうがないかな と｡｡ ★は5のままで

鉄製品は炊き上がり後のご飯をそのままにしておくとサビが付いて廃棄する失敗があります。こちらはサビの心配もなく20〜25分、蒸らし10分で美味しいご飯が炊けます。お値段も手頃であ使いやすい商品です。

米を30分浸けておけというのと、最後の蒸らし10分で、時間取ってしまうので、炊飯器利用と似たような時間になってしまうのは残念ですが、炊く時間としては電子レンジで10分くらいでとても速く炊けます。吹きこぼれもなく、美味しく炊けたので満足しました。

良い感じで使用しております、直火よりレンジのほうが後片付けが楽です。直火だと底面が焦げてなかなか焦げが取れません。レンジだとかなりお掃除が楽です。普通に美味しく炊きあがります。

食洗機対応は良いです。レンジで使用してないけどガスだとちゃんとご飯炊けてます。ほんのりおこげが美味しい。

取っ手部分が3分割に破損してた・・・。返品処理しました。弱そう。

直火で使用、簡単で美味しく炊けました！マグ型なのもいいです。炊いたらこのままいただいてます。便利！コンパクトだから邪魔にならないのもいい。

For the price of around $22. This clay pot is super buy. Even though it was made in China. The design and vendor is in Japan. I like it to have 2 lids on the top. The most outter lid can be used as a bowl. The manual is in Japanese, but I have no problem to read it using translation apps.

I'm very happy with this. Cooking rice works well in it, nice texture and flavor. Came with instructions in Japanese, I used the 'translate' app in my phone to read them. (basic care, some recipes) I use it on a gas stove. I get much better quality rice out of this than out of my Tiger rice cooker. Similar, or a little better than out of my (mid range) Zojirushi cooker too. Different, in a good way. Definitely better than what I've ever got out of a pot on the stove. Takes about an hour from start to finish, regardless of the cooking method.Shipped from Japan to California, arrived about a week and a half after I ordered it. Packaging was a little scary (not packed as well as I would have expected), but it arrived in good condition-so packed well enough, right?
